how to format a USB Harddisk on FAT in winxp pro?

it was originally formated in n**, but newman's requires to fat systme, therefore I have to fomat back in fat, but there is not way to find...

help please!

you can format it from "my computer". Just right click the mouse button, format it. from file system, choose FAT, then OK. That's all. I just formated my USB like this.

divide HD into 2 section (pardition) 1st. then, format both of them or just 1 of them by following above.
