非洲缺少一般的基礎設施，能源，交通，通訊網！這些都是硬體，不可或缺的。非洲缺少其它大陸文明所具備的一般條件，醫療，衛生，教育，商業等等. 所以要把非洲大陸建設成像其他大陸那樣的文明水準，是需要很多很多的資金投入，是需要花很多的努力，來建設的，要花很多時間心血，來提高民眾的文化知識精神素養的。我想一定有人會去非洲大陸，對各方面進行分析和研究，比如說，礦產的存貯量，開採容易度，品質。比如，氣候，環境，土壤，以及適合栽種的莊稼。還有可以作為城市的定居點，港口，交通樞紐等等。然後以全球的市場為背景，以現有的產業做基礎，規劃在非洲土地上不同地區，可以有的產業和相對應的市場，以及如何改造提高，擴大既有的產業。
