「誒，你怎麼會有這首歌？」 「是Nieto 寄給我的!」 那時候這首歌剛剛在美國風行起來。Nieto 很會跳舞， 他去中國開會，還跟太太一起跳了，火熱的拉丁Salsa！ Dear Vladimir 還在說去南美會有危險， Nieto 馬上跳出來說，不見得！為什麼？因為他最了解拉丁美洲的事。墨西哥又有很多的旅遊資源，尤其那邊的海灣，碧綠的水很像紅海。而且墨西哥又有很多的瑪雅人的遺跡，很多古老的風俗，很想去看看. 在美國的墨西哥人，自成一體，占這邊拉丁裔的絕大部分，又有別於其他的拉丁裔。墨西哥因為有很強的幫派文化和毒販，這邊有一部分民眾，很不喜歡墨西哥人，因為他們對社會造成禍害。這也是為什麼川普要修牆的原因. 修牆沒有用的呢，關鍵是制度，是文化，是教育。希望拉丁美洲能有人出頭，用強有力手段去掉毒品黑幫這些毒瘤。墨西哥也是汽車製造大國，電器製造大國，電腦製造大國，石油出產國！覺得墨西哥的經濟應該借北美貿易協定的光，可以飛黃騰達的， 可是還不如德國。那一年墨西哥總統說，他很為去美國打工把錢寄回來的人驕傲！我有些不以為然。墨西哥有那麼好的資源，那麼廣大的土地，應該把腰直起來！我覺得墨西哥瓜地馬拉中美洲應該形成經濟區，應該有沿落基山去南美的高鐵，應該有環加勒比海的遊船，應該跟巴西，阿根廷，智利，他們合作，合理分配拉丁美洲的的資源，建立不同的產業，多層次地服務美洲和世界的市場。

They should establish  different industries, multi-level services to the American and world markets.
