我沒有真正好好玩過墨西哥，好多年以前只去了美國墨西哥邊境。我記得那邊的海鮮好便宜，龍蝦，螃蟹可以盡情地吃，又大又新鮮，真好吃。墨西哥是一個農業大國，所以墨西哥食物豐富多彩，是我們家的小拉丁人最喜歡吃的菜式之一！Jackie 很早就認識墨西哥總統Nieto, 當時Nieto 問她，「你知道什麼樣的墨西哥菜？」， 結果她講了一大串。而且他們倆個人私下的交情也很不錯！幾年前世界政壇里只有幾個總統可以私下和Jackie 聯絡的,Nieto 就是其中一個。愛好文藝的Nieto 時不時會給jackie寄一些拉丁的音樂。有一次我聽見Jackie 在哼唱那首有名的「despecito」, 我覺得非常耳熟，因為我們跳Zumba 就用的這個音樂，我想當時這首歌已經在拉丁世界很火了吧！

I didn't really have visited Mexico. I only went to the U. S. -Mexico border many years ago. I remember the seafood there was very cheap, lobster, crabs . you could enjoy eating as much as possible, big and fresh, really delicious. Mexico is a big agricultural country, so Mexican food is rich and colorful, is our family's little Latino one of the most favorite dishes! Jackie knew Mexican President Nieto a long time ago , when Nieto asked her, "do you know how many kinds of Mexican food ?" She ended up telling a long series names. And their personal friendship is also very good! A few years ago, there were only a few presidents in world politics forum who could contact Jackie in private. Nieto was one of them. Nieto, an popular art-loving President, sent Jackie some Latin music from time to time. Once I heard Jackie humming the famous "despecito", and I thought it sounded very familiar, because we were listening the same thing on Zumba, and I think it was already very popular in the Latin world at the time.
