在基礎設施上，土耳其才開始興建高鐵網，我想從歐洲到亞洲非洲的主要高速鐵路幹線，一條由黑海上端從俄羅斯進入中亞。另外經過土耳其，一條沿地中海南下，另一條沿著兩河流域進伊拉克伊朗.在土耳其境內和當地的高鐵網相連。環黑海應該有高鐵網，中東也有自己的高鐵網，如何設計，應該在洲際主幹道確定下，再擴展分支網路.  土耳其的公路系統比較發達，而且有比較高素質的強大的建築工程隊。所以在開發黑海經濟圈，地中海，中東經濟帶，土耳其波斯灣經濟帶時，應該有很大的發展潛力。
