俄羅斯經濟 十三

俄國有完備的工業體系，很多的工業。我覺得俄國的農業應該有很大的發展空間，因為遠東，南亞東南亞都是人口眾多的國家。中國每年必須從國外進口很多的糧食。除了有限的農作物，俄國還應該多進行糧食加工生產副食品，因為附加值高。你看俄國的冰淇淋在中國賣得多好啊。俄國還應該跟前蘇聯東歐國家發展畜牧業，因為遠東南亞東南亞都是缺少乳製品和牛肉的。俄國有那麼長的海岸線，可是漁業產量不夠的，而且俄國國內有那麼多的河流，湖泊，應該發展淡水養魚業，因為鄰居國家的市場巨大。最主要的俄國的軍工製造業航天產業，是俄國最高科技產業，以後全球化，落後及發展中國家，需要很多的車輛，載人和載物的，需要很多飛機，短距離和長距離的，需要很多船隻，運輸，破冰和捕魚的，需要很多衛星系統，通訊和偵測，覆蓋地球大部分地區的。俄國完全有能力設計生產先進的產品和系統！現在，俄國的通訊網，雖然用的是其他國家的設備，已經覆蓋很多前蘇聯的國家，那應該可以擴展到更多黑海、裏海、波羅的海、以及中東國家，因為在地域上，俄國跟他們很近。俄國的石油和礦產，在全球化下，應該是有中央政府來管理，合理開採的。其實我覺得全球的漁業，也應該按照不同的汛期，以及各個國家的海湖資源，來綜合合理養殖，捕魚的！俄國的林業有很大的儲存量。我覺得俄國應該更多的發展農業畜牧業，讓中國日本等人口密度大的國家，可以把土地還耕於林，這樣可以保持生態平衡，有更好的生存環境。俄國要進口很多醫藥，俄國有很多的森林，也許可以和中國伊朗等國家合作，開發草藥，因為這些國家有很多傳統的草藥，有不同於西藥的醫藥系統，沒有銷售到世界市場.俄國的輕工業不發達，也許可以像用別人的無線通訊裝備建無線網一樣，在前蘇聯共和國，東亞中東，建立輕工業產品的銷售網，賣輕工業產品。我覺得俄國對資源和工業的控制管理結構框架，挺好的，以後全球化的中央政府可以借鑒。但是，俄國的企業可能因為西方對其制裁，沒有能夠找到支撐的市場，內需又不夠，所以經濟發展效果不好。

The main Russian military industry, manufacturing industry, aerospace industry, is the highest scientific and technological industry in Russia. In the future, Globalization, backward developing countries will need a lot of vehicles, for people and loads; a lot of planes, short distances and long distances;  a lot of ships, transport, ice breaking and fishing,  a lot of satellite systems, communication and detection, covering most of the earth. Russia is fully capable of designing and producing advanced products and systems! Now, Russia's communications network, even though it uses equipment from other countries, already covers a lot of former Soviet countries, and that should expand to more countries in the Black Sea area , the Caspian Sea area, the Baltic Sea, and the Middle East, because geographically, Russia is close to all of them. Russia's oil and minerals, in the context of Globalization, should be managed by the central government, reasonable exploitation. In fact, I think the world's fisheries, should also be in accordance with the different flood season, as well as the sea and lake resources of each country, to a comprehensive and reasonable breeding, fishing! Russian forestry has large reserves. I think Russia should develop more agriculture and livestock , so that China, Japan, and other countries with a large population density can return land to forests, so that they can maintain ecological balance and have a better living environment. Russia has to import a lot of medicines, and Russia has a lot of forests owned by the state. Maybe it can cooperate with China, Iran, and other countries to develop herbs medicine, because these countries have a lot of traditional herbs, have medicine systems that are different from Western medicines, and they don't sell them on the world market yet. Russia's light industry is underdeveloped, and it may be possible to establish a distribution network of light industrial products in the former Soviet republics, East Asia and the Middle East, as well as to build wireless networks using other people's wireless equipment to sell light industrial products. I think Russia's framework for controlling and  management  of resources and industry is a good one, and it can be used as a model for the central government of Globalization in the future. However, the Russian enterprises may not be able to find a supportive market because of the western sanctions, and domestic demand is insufficient, so the economic development effect is not good.

全球化以後，這裡邊很多的武器都可以不用生產。我想俄國還可以保留一部分的軍事文化，和其他國家合作開辦軍事有關的旅遊，探險，夏令營，體驗團，表演，遊戲，拍電影等等.
