我個人覺得，這麼多部門，都是故意設立出來，用來要更多的軍費的。因為按照數學的模型，完全可以考量世界上發生的戰爭，以及預防控制消滅戰爭需要的代價，和美國軍費及美國的林林總總軍事部門之間的關係。感覺上就是用超大型的鍛造機來造釘書針。
