昨天晚上傳來噩耗， 41屆美國總統，94歲的老布希先生過世了。他還跟Jackie 講過好幾次話呢, Jackie對他印象挺好的。願他一路走好！ 聽說他童年的願望，是長大做一名喜劇演員，結果做了總統。 所以我就讓 Jackie聚會的時候, 多多講笑話。哈哈哈  Dear Vladimir, 今天你讓我講沙烏地阿拉伯的經濟. 前天你剛剛讓我講了，以色列以及中東這一地區的發展前景，你覺得非常好。我想，今天你是想讓我講，阿拉伯半島的發展前景吧？

Last night there was bad news that the 41st president of the United States, 94-year-old George H. W. Bush, passed away. He also met Jackie several times. Jackie was very impressed with him. Wish him well all the way! I heard that his childhood wish was to grow up to be a comedian, yet he became president. So I asked Jackie to tell a lot of jokes at the party. ... Ha ha ha Dear Vladimir, today you asked me to talk about Saudi Arabia's economy. You just asked me , the day before yesterday, to talk about the prospects for development in Israel and in this part of  Middle East, and you liked my essay very much! I suppose today you really want me to talk about the development prospects of  Arabian Peninsula, right?
