東南亞未來發展 二

Merlion 昨天跟Jackie 講新加坡的城市規劃。新加坡在這方面有很多很聰明的人，不知道在這次經濟論壇上，東盟可不可以有一個中央發展規劃部門，也可以請新加坡的規劃專家來為東南亞這個地區進行規劃？跟歐洲很相似，東南亞的文化各種各樣非常豐富，馬來人是穆斯林，他們的文化不光只有肉骨茶。我去過泰國，他們的皇宮建築手工刺繡木雕珠寶，堪稱上品。印度洋，太平洋的海岸線，五光十色的珊瑚礁，碧綠溫暖的海水，與紅海，地中海又有不同。他們是佛教國家，精神內涵遠不只是城市各處的四面佛。我去過柬埔寨吳哥窟。那邊沒高鐵，只有坎坷不平的公路, 從暹羅到金邊要6小時， 而高鐵只要兩小時的路，結果沒去成！ 吳哥窟的美，洗滌靈魂，幽靜秀美，茂密的熱帶雨林，其中孕含有多少秘密。沒有去過越南，網上看到的越南下龍灣，神仙之地。印度尼西亞爪哇島的石雕，寂靜的小湖，真是世外桃源。每一個地方都有特色的美啊！歐洲的鐵路公路已經很發達，旅遊線路都很成熟。甚至還有一條浪漫之路，從北到南把各個城鎮有名的景點都連起來。Dear Merlion,請你的專業規劃高手也來設計一下旅遊套餐，東南亞也可以這樣辦的呀！現在東南亞還沒有高鐵，許多旅遊設施也沒有建立，需要智能優化設計，需要海陸空三維一體交通網.可是東南亞的旅遊資源太豐富，一定是個大市場。可是新加坡和馬來西亞之間過關，只有一個橋，花好長時間排隊，根本沒效率。柬埔寨，泰國每一個國家也都要事先去拿簽證。如果東南亞可以像歐洲那樣有一個申根協定，外來者只要一個簽證，地區內的人不要簽證，一方面有助於地區內人口流動，人才應用，另一方面，也有助於發展旅遊業，有利物流.

Merlion told Jackie about Singapore's urban planning yesterday. Singapore has a lot of smart people in this field. I wonder if ASEAN can have a central development planning department at this economic forum. It is also possible to invite planning experts from Singapore to plan for this region of Southeast Asia. Similar to Europe, Southeast Asia has a very diverse culture. Malays are Muslim, and their culture is not just limited to meat and bone tea. The coastline of the Indian Ocean and Pacific Ocean, colorful coral reefs, green and warm water in Thailand is different than in Red Sea, the Mediterranean Sea. They are Buddhist countries, and the spiritual connotation is far from just the four sides  Buddha. I have been to Angkor Wat in Cambodia. There is no high-speed rail  only  bumpy roads. It takes six hours from Siam to Phnom Penh and only two hours by high speed train. I did not make it to the capital. The  beauty of Angkor Wat, is the washing of the soul, the quiet and beautiful rain forest。How many secrets hidden inside. I have not been to Vietnam。 I saw on the Internet, Vietnam Xialong Bay, is the immortal land. The stone sculptures of Java, Indonesia, the quiet little lake, is truly a paradise. Every place has its own beauty! Europe has developed railway roads, mature tourist routes。In German , there is a romantic road connecting the famous scenic spots of each town from the north to the south. Dear Merlion, would you invite your professional planning master to design a travel package, which can also be done in Southeast Asia. There are no high-speed trains in Southeast Asia yet, and many tourist facilities have not been established, so we need intelligent optimization design. It needs three-dimensional transportation network of sea, land and air. But Southeast Asia is too rich in tourism resources, it must be a big market. However, there is only one bridge between Singapore and Malaysia boarder. It takes a long time to line up passing the customs,  not efficient at all. Cambodia, Thailand, every country also needs a visa in advance. If Southeast Asia can have a Schengen agreement like that in Europe, so that outsiders only need one visa, and people inside the region do not need visas. On one hand, it will help the population flow in the region, improve the application of talent，On the other hand, it will also help to develop tourism, boom logistics.
