講新加坡 六

在談到新加坡這些脫穎而出的地方之後，我們可以看到新加坡的城市規劃和政府規劃非常先進。無論是保護自然，還是近年來對海洋土地再造林的規劃，對於房地產的長遠發展，還是對行業，金融銀行，煉油，修船，電子通訊等的精心挑選，尤其是重點在教育方面，對社會具有經濟積極性。我們住在新加坡的酒店下面，有很多餐廳各種豐富的選擇，突然讓我想起上海，廣州，這是非常有亞洲特色的。他們的環球影城和購物中心讓我想起了美國。主要商業街道擁有最繁華的許多知名品牌商店。當我在世界各地旅行時，即使是著名的品牌生產國也沒有那麼集中的品牌旗艦店。導遊帶我們到珠寶店，品牌店，當地藥店。來自中國內地的一些團員在這些商品上花了10倍旅遊套餐的價格。富裕的中國人，哈哈。 導遊指著街道上的高樓， 告訴我們 「這是40年的， 30年的，20年的 ...... 並且基於中國文化，我們將在附近建造更多的住宅建築，以滿足下一代人的需求。 ..」。看著已經非常密集的區域，我開始感到頭痛。雖然它沒有北京上海廣州人口稠密的地方那麼糟糕，但我記得在從新加坡過海峽到馬來西亞一側時，突然間就是茂密的森林，綿延數十英里。 我告訴自己，如果沒有國界，新加坡仍然需要花費大量精力填海獲得土地嗎？

Having said so much about Singapore, these are the places where Singapore stands out，we can see that Singapore's urban planning and government planning are very advanced. Whether the protection of nature, or the planning of reforestation of land from ocean in recent years for the long-term development of real estate, or the careful selection of industries, financial banks, oil refining, ship repair, electronic communications, especially the emphasis on education, are economically positive to society. Down The hotel where we stayed in Singapore, there are a lot of restaurants with a rich  variety of food options, it suddenly reminded me of Shanghai, Guangzhou which is very Asian. And their Universal Studios and shopping malls reminded me of America. The main commercial street has  many the most prosperous famous brand shops. When I traveled all over the world, I found even the famous brand producing country does not have so concentrated brand outlet stores. The tour guide took us to Jewelry store, brand name stores , local medicine stores. Some of the members from inner China in the group spent 10 times their tourist package price on those commercials。Rich Chinese , ha. Tourist guide pointed at tall buildings on the street, telling us 「these were 40 years, 30 years , 20 years... and based on Chinese culture, we』re going to Build more residential buildings nearby for the next growing generation ....」.  Looking at already very dense area, I started to feel headache. Even though it is not as bad as dense population situation in Beijing Shanghai Guang Zhou, I remembered when crossing the strait on Malaysia side, suddenly it is dense forests, miles after miles. I told myself, if there were no country boundaries, would Singapore still need to spend a lot of efforts filling up the ocean for Land?
