不同的人思維方式不同

與此同時，我們也應該看到，在一個社會中，存在著不同的產業分工。不同行業的專業人士，他們的生活方式，知識背景和他們對事物的要求/思維方式是不同的。軟體工程師非常注重細節和邏輯，否則，他們的軟體將無法工作。處理數字的人在任何時候都能做到嚴謹，精確，有清晰乾淨的邊界和角度，因為只有這樣，他們才不會犯錯誤。做大型系統設計的人，特別是頂級設計，更注重結構和功能。他們沒有必要在這個層面上注意細節，因為結構決定了系統是否可以長時間發展。 能夠長期發展， 即使事物可能有動態變化，或系統周期性變化， 也可以節省大量成本。 系統要有完整功能，系統需要涵蓋整個事物的所有方面。在人文領域，政治家，社會工作者，醫生，父母，更關心人們的情感和心理因素，而不是給予突然意想不到的刺激. 至於人性，它並不是以這種方式工作的。突然刺激會傷害並對個人和整個社會帶來負面影響，例如戰爭，幸福關係的突然終斷，家庭成員的突然喪失。

At the same time, we should also see that in a society, there are different industry division of labor. Professionals in different industries, have their  life styles, knowledge background， and their demands/way of thinking on things. Software engineers, pay very much attention to details and Logic, otherwise, their software will not be able to work. People who deal with numbers do things with rigor, precise at any time。There are clear and clean cut edges and angles, because, only in this way, they will not make mistakes. And people who do large system design, especially top-level design, pay more attention to structure and function. They don't necessary at that level pay much attention to the details, because the structure determines whether or not the system can be developed for a long time, If so that it can save a lot of cost in system periodic changes or possible dynamic variations 。 With the complete functionalities of the system， the system needs to cover all aspects of the whole thing. In Humanities areas, politicians, social workers, doctors, parents, care more about people』s emotional and psychological factors, rather than giving suddenly sharp unexpected disturbances.  As for human nature, it does not change that way. It hurts and brings negative influences, on individual and the whole society, such as wars, sudden disconnection of a happy relationship, sudden loss of a closed family member.
