在美國印度人比華人更受重用

印度人在美國，是比華人更受到重用，而且掌握更多的社會資源的 Indians are more widely used in the United States than Chinese, and they have more social resources.
今天你們又讓我講中印關係。中國和印度，雖然是鄰國，但是我覺得中印彼此了解太不夠。這兩個國家都想盡辦法發展自己，而且都先把眼睛放在美國。我們去美國讀書的都知道，從印度理工學院來的學生是世界上最好的理科生。印度學生窮，但是他們非常聰明，幾乎在我們電子工程畢業的印度學生，一畢業馬上就能找到工作的，而且都是好的用人單位。在美國的印度人，因為英文好，團結，信息靈通，而且他們知道怎麼樣用西方的思維來解決問題，所以在西方，印度人在很多領域，尤其是工程領域，組成了一張大網。印度人擅長寫軟體，幾乎所有軟體大公司主幹，都是印度工程師。去印度看他們的建築，對那些精美的細節，泰姬陵潔白大理石上各種寶石的鑲嵌，讚嘆不已，精美絕倫！前天才去這邊的mall, 一個棋盤大的白色大理石桌面上，只鑲嵌藍色的石頭，就要$2500，想象一下整個泰姬陵，不但是無價之寶，而且顯示了印度人對細節精美工藝的擅長。軟體也是注重細節結構的精美工藝！以前的軟體都是分開寫的，現在我不知道這些印度人有沒有互通有無，把計算機的操作系統和這些軟體之間都互通互聯，那就是一個全世界的軟體分佈的系統，對信息獲取處理能力是超凡入聖的。很明顯，印度人在美國，是比華人更受到重用，而且掌握更多的社會資源的。美國的大多數人力資源公司也是在印度人手裡的, 他們有power決定你受不受到僱用，尤其是在自然科學工科領域，幾乎我所有的海外同學，在工作單位他們的上層管理者都是印度人。CIA的人，不會修電腦，不是信息系統專家，再荒謬的決策也得有人讓智能電腦來設計方案啊。美國的IT信息管理系統，沒有印度人就無法運行的. 所以美國人真正在心裡對印度人也是懼怕三分，不把他們與歐洲人當作同類的。看這些年來印度國內的發展，從英迪拉的兒子兒媳，辛格，覺得印度還是一個挺封閉的國家，缺少一個整體規劃，缺少一幫有專業水準同心同德有能力高素質的隊伍！ 藉著歐美先進的體制，印度人在海外的發展有了廣大的發展空間，卻沒有在印度國內建立起一套先進的體制，不能夠社會共振而快速發展。印度社會沒有能夠像中國那樣，提供足夠的國家民族資源支持給海外的印度人。

Today, you let me talk about Sino-Indian relations again. China and India, although they are neighbors, I feel that  China and India do not  understand each other enough. Both countries have tried their best to develop themselves, and they all put their eyes on the United States. We all know that the students from the Indian Institute of Technology are the best engineering students in the world. Indian students are poor, but they are very smart. Indian students  in USC electronic engineering department can almost  find jobs immediately after graduation, and those are all good employers. Indians in the United States, because their English is good, united, well-informed. They know how to use Western thinking to solve problems, so in the West, Indians have formed a big network in many fields, especially engineering. Indians are good at developing software. Almost all major software companies are Indian engineers. Going to India to see their buildings, for those beautiful details, the mosaic of various gemstones on the Taj Mahal white marble, I was amazed and exquisite! The day before, I went to the mall here. On a large white marble table with a chessboard, only blue stones, it would cost $2500. Imagine the entire Taj Mahal, not only invaluable, but also shows the Indians』 exquisite work on fine details.  The software is also a beautiful craft with attention to detail structure! Before all software were written separately. Now I don't know if these Indians have any interoperability. The computer's operating system and the software are interconnected. It is a system of software distribution around the world. Processing power is superb. Obviously, Indians in the United States are more re-used than Chinese and they have more social resources. Most of the human resources companies in the United States are also in the hands of Indians. They have power to decide that you are employed or not, especially in the field of natural sciences. Almost all of my  classmates overseas, their upper managers in the workplace are all Indian people. CIA people, who will not repair computers, nor information systems experts. When they make ridiculous decisions,  some people have to let smart computers design solutions for them. The US IT information management system can't  operate without Indians. Therefore, the Americans are really afraid of the Indians in their hearts, and they do not regard them as Europeans.  Looking at the development of India in the past few years, from Indira's son-in-law, Singer, I feel that India is still a very enclosed country, lacking a master plan, and lacking a team of professionals with the same level of professionalism and competence. Through the advanced system of Europe and the United States, the development of Indians abroad has a vast space for development, but it has not established an advanced system in India, and it cannot develop rapidly without social resonance. Indian society has not been able to provide enough national ethnic resources to support Indians overseas as China does.
