前兩天，土耳其，俄國、伊朗領袖在一起，一致同意要協手幫助敘利亞改善經濟. 我昨天還在說，要重新恢復大猶太省，也就是把敘利亞，黎巴嫩，巴勒斯坦、以色列、約旦組成一個大的行政區域。從現在的趨勢看，也許土耳其，伊朗，敘利亞，伊拉克在一起也許更為合適，因為後面有強大的俄國支持。以色列可以和黎巴嫩，約旦沙烏地阿拉伯在一起，也就是中東地區兩大板塊。

中國和敘利亞沒有根本性的矛盾衝突。敘官員和百姓普遍希望中國在敘利亞問題上發揮更大政治作用，以平衡各方力量，還十分期待中國參與敘戰後經濟重建。此外，敘各界希望加入「一帶一路」，學習中國發展經驗，分享中國發展機遇。國際社會還應從恢復敘利亞經濟社會發展和正常生活等方面考慮，進行有效國際合作。」 敘利亞戰後重建所需資金巨大, 且任務繁重，任何國家僅憑一己之力是無法完成的。在推動敘利亞問題政治解決方面，中方將按照和平性、正當性和建設性原則發揮積極作用，同時繼續向敘提供人道主義援助。

There is no fundamental conflict between China and Syria. Syrian officials and the general public generally hope that China will play a greater political role on the Syrian issue in order to balance the forces of all parties. It is also very much expected that China will participate in the economic reconstruction after the Syrian war. In addition, Syrian people hope to join the 「Belt and Road」 to learn from China's development experience and share China's development opportunities. The international community should also consider effective international cooperation in terms of restoring Syrian economic and social development and normal life. The reconstruction of Syrian post-war  will require huge funds and heavy tasks, and no country can accomplish it by itself. In promoting the political settlement of the Syrian issue, China will play an active role in accordance with the principles of peace, legitimacy and constructiveness. At the same time, humanitarian assistance continued to be provided to Syria.
