蒙古可以發展畜牧業，手工藝品和皮革時裝。西伯利亞中部，Krasnoyarsk，Novosibirsk，Tomsk, 工業發達，有很多大學，也可以成為一個經濟圈，並向南聯到烏魯木齊。Omsk 也可以和哈薩克相連，融入斯坦國經濟圈！可以把現有的西伯利亞鐵路作為人流渠道，還可以再建一條高速路作為主幹，可以像魚翅那樣分枝，也可以像樹葉那樣分出很多葉脈，覆蓋西伯利亞廣大的地區，串接去各個經濟圈。具體的設計我不清楚，但我想東西三條高鐵應該是定了，南北的應該也有好幾條，遠東沿海的，貝加爾湖南下的穿越蒙古連接中國，穿越斯坦國一直去印度洋，沿烏拉爾山南下連裏海經濟圈。俄國有人才應該多發展輕工業，文化產業, 旅遊教育，科技研發，軟體信息等。我尤其對俄國文化產業充滿信心和期待！
