中國要打造一個平台給世界各國出來發聲，讓他們輪流上節目來介紹他們的國家、經濟、未來的規劃、對外政策、地緣政治  China wants to create a platform for the nations of the world to speak out and let them take turns to show their country, economy, future planning, foreign policy, geopolitics.

VOA是以美國人的眼光來看世界的，我們從來不聽也不看這個頻道的，因為有偏見，而且沒有影響力. 我覺得中國要做的，是要建立一個像CNN, BBC這樣子的世界級的媒體, 可以叫」world voice and vision (WVV)」, 打造一個平台，給世界各國出來發聲. 中國之聲，只是其中一部分而已。比如說，一帶一路世界一體，可以向各國政府首腦邀請，對他們進行單獨採訪，用英文採訪，下面有中文字幕，讓他們各抒己見。又比如你們每天讓我評論的對各國的印象和經濟，不同地區發生的大事， 可以變成一個專題的系列評論節目. 甚至可以對每個國家列舉一個題目表，然後邀請他們國家不同的精英們輪流上節目，來介紹他們的國家、以及他們的經濟、未來的規劃、對外政策、地緣政治，等等，我還可以做主持和策劃，這一定比我一個人唱獨角戲來的精彩。同時也可以向土耳其學習，定時地將不同國家的領袖，宗教人士，文化界人士，反正有影響力的，邀請上電台，就像你們現在的世界論壇一樣，就某些國際上問題，比如說，中東的庫德族人的問題；或一帶一路遇到的問題，比如如何制定政治結構，分配資源，建立軍隊，等等；或者就某些國家的政治事件，比如親愛的習主席解除主席任期限制，普京大帝繼任總統對國際政治的影響，大家來討論商量。

又可以就特別的領域，比如說能源，新科技等，讓大家一起來探討可能的應用領域，講各自不同看法。以這樣子的方式來向全世界宣傳，可以跨越國界讓不同地方的代表性人物上台發言，而不是只有中國共產黨領導的中國政府出面的宣傳媒體聲音，就更顯得公平有號召力，更易於被廣大世界民眾信任和接受。有了這個平台，各國政府和民間就會培養準備一批可以出頭的專業人才，可以是各行各業的專家、代表人物，可以站出來介紹自己的領域. 他們可以在專業的高度就國際上某些領域某些事情，發表有價值的意見，並共同尋求解決辦法，會消除很多不必要的誤解，又
開闊人們的思想。這些人以後就成為你們「黨」的思想貢獻者。嘿嘿嘿 應該是世界一體化管理中的文宣marketing， 宣傳意識形態、價值觀、文化、項目動員等等，是在世界各地的散布宣傳網路的中堅力量呢. 他們出來一開口, 可是比我和 Jackie幾千字文章和優美的鋼琴音樂, 以及那些超高顏值的華人美女主播，可能要有功效得多。當然也可以請不同的文化文藝團體來演出，文化人來做演講，這就給每個國家更多的機會和空間在世界舞台上展現他們的地位和文化. 比如朝鮮的女子樂團、韓國的現代藝人互訪，凝聚統一民心，得到世界的認同，比文在寅和金正日的同性戀效果要好多了，哈哈哈！ 這也是一帶一路世界一體，深入人心，喚起全世界民眾的能動性的一個好辦法。如果埃爾多安總統也可以出面，講土耳其未來如何發展經濟，開發黑海地區的計劃，以及對中東地區共同合作發展經濟的願景，我想願意聽的. 不光是土耳其人，中東地區國家的人，甚至全世界都願意聽. 大家會想著可能的投資機會, 和對自己地區的影響呀。伊朗、沙烏地阿拉伯、以色列三國就會仔細討論研究各種可能性，就不會只打自己的小算盤想掌控這一地區了，就有可能坐下來大家共同謀事兒了。T&B，不能老站在中國立場想事情，要站高一點，先把主框架搭建起來的，以後的事情就方便了。
