近年來，土耳其的經濟飛速發展，只要看見餐館里以及如雨後春筍般拔地而起的各種現代化賓館里豐富多彩的自助餐，就可以明白。其食物之豐富，大概只有中國的五星賓館里的自助餐，拉斯維加斯的自助餐，才可以與之相比。我覺得，如果土耳其在文化上更上一層樓，應該可以建立不同的文化區。洛杉磯地方大有不同的文化區，比如小東京，小越南等等，有些城市是專門給特別族裔居住的，比如這邊的羅蘭崗、亞凱迪亞有很多的中國人，韓國人. 在Glendale有很多的亞美尼亞、伊朗人. 當然好多城市住著拉丁裔，這樣的文化集中，比較有利於在同一個文化種群里的人過得更舒服自在，也有利於外來者找到自己的族群. 而且在這些區域中所創建的商業，也是紮根於美國文化而創建出來的一些新的東西. 土耳其是那麼得天獨厚，又有那麼多的文化種族，應該加以發揚光大的，可以在不同的地區，比如亞洲區歐洲區，建不同文化的社區村落. 或者可以把某一種文化因素，比如飲食，按人口的分佈建立餐館網的. 可以以美食街，food court, 並且和超市結合，分佈在各地. 在土耳其街上看見有很多賣當地的軟糖的，是的，風味獨特很有吸引力. 可是中國也有各種各樣的豆酥糖、龍鬚糖、奶粒，等等的呀。我想如果土耳其在黑海沿岸，建立不同的社區，可以建中東巴比倫式的花園、歐式花園，甚至中式花園，印度花園，等等，應該是非常受人喜歡的吧， 也是地標和旅遊資源呢！
