不能只從中國人的立場想事情，要站高一些  You can't just think about things from the standpoint of the Chinese, but stand higher.
對了，親愛的習主席，88，上次你們問我為什麼不想做有關飛機工作，是後面那邊T&B讓你們問的吧？我是做通訊系統設計的，比如衛星系統，比如空天地一體系統. 我覺得T&B可能跟我一樣是理工科背景，不太擅長跟人打交道的！他們會是很好的建築設計師，尤其是對總體框架的精要設計，他們會是很好的執行者，尤其是不聲不響地運作，所以高效！但是一般人的心理，尤其在政治上是有慣性的，對某些突發的新事物的接受是需要一個過程的. 要讓Jackie學一個新的概念，穿新衣服，我要反覆強調，不停跟她糾纏，在她心理上留下深刻印象，她才會不情不願慢慢接受的。所以正確的宣傳很重要，要給出足夠的正面理由的！中國文化里有很多的陳年醬缸，尤其心懷叵測的人會有很多負面的聯想. 所以要多給正面的宣傳，給正面的理由，大家才能心服的。而且一帶一路世界一體，對中國領導人也是一個天大的承諾和擔當啊，要讓民眾知道，無論是親愛的習主席，88，我也參加的世界論壇，還有廣大民間的宣傳，都是要贏得人心的，要眾人拾柴火焰高，大家同心協力奮鬥才行啊. 就是政治鬥爭，也躲不了心理影響階段啊. 當然，如果以後世界聯邦政府成立，就像任何新的business,  一開始會有很多的事情，也許會像政府那樣，分經濟部，農業部, 建設部, 能源部等等。現在世界上就已經有歐盟，非洲聯盟，上合組織，東盟，拉丁聯合會，還有什麼G20， 泛太平洋組織，等等。不知道以後的政治結構是什麼。但是我想也可以成立亞盟，美盟，東南亞澳洲聯盟. 中國的行政有五個層次，世界一體可以多加一兩層！不要那麼多的重疊分類組織，整合一下把那些功能綜合在這些聯盟里。世界聯邦政府各部門主要負責規劃，具體事情讓這些聯盟去做！很多國家領導人任期滿了，要麼退休, 或者像卡特那樣做公益. 也許以後那些領導人可以升任做大陸的盟主，或者做世界聯邦政府的領導人！杜特爾特兩任期到了，可以去世界聯邦政府的監察控毒部門工作呀，為什麼要讓人來向他開槍？在美國這些大企業，CEO可以經常跳槽的，一, 是接觸不同的行業，豐富他們的經驗. 二, 是實在做business，就是實踐各種模式！中國的省長書記們，不也是在各省輪調的嗎？那以後在培養各國的領袖的時候，領袖在執政的時候，他們也可以這樣啊，因為各國政體基本功能是一樣的！還可以一正一副，一個是本土的，一個是外來的，雙領袖，國際化嘛！中國的T&B，你們不能只從中國人的立場想事情啊，世界會變的，你們明白我的意思嗎，要站高一些！ 謝謝你們關心我。

Of course, if the future world federal government is established, just like any new business, at the beginning there will be many things, maybe   government functional unities, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Construction, the Department of Energy, and so on. Now there are already the European Union, the African Union, the SCO, the ASEAN, the Latin Union, and the G20, the Pan Pacific Organization, and so on. I don't know what the future world political structure is. But I think we can also set up the Asian League, the American League, the Southeast Asian Australian Union. There are five levels of Chinese administration structure, and the world can add one or two more layers! You don't need so many overlapping classification organizations, just integrate them into those functions and these alliances. The various departments of the world's federal government are mainly responsible for planning, and specific things can let these alliances to do! Many national leaders either are retired, or do charity like President Carter. Maybe those leaders can be promoted to become continental leaders or leaders of the world federal government!
