江山易改本性難易 Easy to change nature, difficult to change  hearts
我們做系統設計的都知道這個流程，大系統設計是從頂層開始的，從設計理念開始設計大的框架，然後往下一步一步地具體化，添枝加葉。等到最後把細節完成的時候，還要經過多次的驗證審核. 通過以後，真正的項目才開始在實體上實施建造，系統建造是從底層開始的. 幾百年來西方世界想全球化，那麼多帝國，殖民主義，霸權主義. 要改造別的國家。從上而下是應該先讓民心歸順的，民心歸順才能夠順利施政，不然有一個並存的反政府力量，或者專門給你打游擊的反叛組織，讓政府每天焦頭爛額，還玩什麼？所以西方歐美以前有那麼多的傳教士，現在要輸出民主，為的就是先統一思想，在此基礎上可以全球一體.歐美國家應該說近些年來在統一思想這方面是非常成功的，成功主要在基督教國家.但是在歷史文化深厚的亞洲中東地區，即便有兩次海灣戰爭，伊拉克戰爭，蘇聯解體，但還是障礙重重，推行步履艱難. 為什麼，因為江山易改本性難易。美國人膚淺，傲慢囂張，沒法領略其他文明的深奧。要改變別人的文化，動機不良不受人善待. 中國的一帶一路，明顯意識到自己是沒有能力迅速改變別人的意識形態和文化，也不想涉及愛國主義，民族主義的禁忌，很聰明地先從底層，與上層建築領域精神思想關係不大的基礎建設開始，就好像已有一個宏大的計劃，但預先並不告知別人。而等一步一步建設完善水到渠成，人心也會隨之改變那樣，這個計劃以前一直行使得基本上很成功，但是不時地有各種狀況出現。比如俄國人可以把中國人的小商品銷售商場惡意地給焚燒灰燼，經濟損失達一億美元！

After passing, the real project begins to be physically implemented and the construction of the system starts from the bottom. For hundreds of years, the Western world wants to go Globalization, so multiple empires, colonialism, hegemonism. They must transform other countries. From top to bottom, the people』s hearts should be compliant first. Only when the people』s hearts surrender can govern smoothly. Otherwise, there will be a co-existing anti-government force, or a rebel organization that specializes in fighting guerrillas for you, making the government scorched every day. What game to play? Therefore, there used to be so many missionaries in the West, Europe and the United States, and now they want to export democracy in order to unify their thinking first, and on this basis, the world can be integrated. European and American countries should say that they have been very successful in unifying thinking in recent years. The main success is in Christian countries, but in Asia and the Middle East with profound history and culture, even if there were Gulf Wars, the Iraq War, and the disintegration of the Soviet Union, there are still many obstacles and difficult steps to implement. Why? Because it is easy to change nature, but the hearts. Americans are superficial, arrogant and strong, unable to appreciate the profoundness of other civilizations. To change other people』s culture, bad motives should not be treated well. China』s One Belt One Road initiative clearly realizes that it is incapable of quickly changing other people』s ideology and culture, and does not want to involve the taboos of patriotism and nationalism. It is smart to start with the infrastructure construction at the bottom, which has little to do with the spiritual thinking of the superstructure field, as if there is a grand plan, but it is not told to others in advance. And when it comes time to complete the construction step by step, people's minds will change accordingly. This plan has been basically successful in the past, but from time to time there are various situations. For example, the Russians can maliciously burn the small commodity sales malls of the Chinese to ashes, and the economic loss amounts to 100 million US dollars!
