這是今天網上的報導，講中國遊客去俄國東亞地區的貝加爾湖旅行受到當地人的不滿！其實並不是一個生態問題，是一個意識形態和心理認同問題. 因為他們不喜歡太多中國人去那邊驚擾當地多年以來的平靜安寧. 就像上次我說的，旅遊是文化的一部分，而文化是不同的，不同文化的人在一起，有可能產生衝突的. 上面就是文化衝突的例子. 國家是有疆界的，疆界把一大群人包圍在有限的地域內.國家的統治是要靠民眾支持政府來進行的，而要讓民眾有凝聚力，可以通過各種手段，如愛國主義，民族主義，相同的宗教，相似的文化。這些都是在不同層次上，範圍內，把人凝聚起來，形成強大的力量。國家的建設，社會的發展，人民要過更好的生活，都需要這些力量！這也是為什麼中國要封鎖網際網路，因為人口眾多的社會無形中就提供了巨大的內部市場，有足夠的能力來保持和發展自己的文化，人心所向就是維持政府穩定的巨大政治力量，是排斥抵抗外來影響的保證. 這是以前所有的國家都在拚命爭取的資源，俄國人拚命擴大土地，對外面人抱有戒心. 國家提倡愛國主義，對各個國家自己是具有正面效應的.但是所有這些都是雙刃劍，當你極力維護某一個國家的利益的時候，勢必要傷害國家以外集團的利益，因為世界上很多資源都是零和的，比如說領土，國家主權等. 現在隨著文明的發展，人的能量越來越大，國家疆界已經沒有辦法束縛人的流動了。世界要一體，要開放人的流動，要在全球範圍合理安排資源，這是21世紀對人類的新的挑戰.
