親愛的主席，88，今天Jackie去影院見了施羅德和俄國總理梅德韋傑夫.大李哥，你也可以來這邊喝咖啡呀！想象一下，匈牙利總統和俄國總理在北半球冰天雪地的時候，穿著T恤到南加州來享受溫暖的陽光，沉浸在溫暖的海水裡，那該是一種什麼樣的經歷體驗？記得我以前的老岳父生前來洛杉磯，去long beach海灘。他一看見水，經不住脫掉鞋子挽起褲腿到水裡走了一遭。臨走還喃喃地說，「我一月份居然能下海，真不可想象」. 這是他一輩子第一次呢，也是唯一一次了. 他不知道，夏天的北歐那是黃金季節呀，那種明媚純凈是只有在天堂里才有的色彩，在我腦海里就是那種悠揚的旋律呀，是滿滿的綠意，誰那麼地舒適宜人啊. 我讓Jackie問他們，如果在這邊有一個領袖俱樂部的基地，讓他們輪流冬天到這邊來度假，他們願意嗎？那還用說嗎？！Jackie說這些人大部分時間都在稱讚南加州的陽光呀，因為是這邊為他們安排的呀，如果以後海南島，台灣島，東南亞，中美洲，甚至南美的Patagonia, 澳大利亞, 也為他們，為在北半球的可以流動的人口安排冬天的避寒和短期工作的去處，或者夏天反過來，那這也是一個很大的市場，是很有意思的行業呀. 這就要看頂層設計有什麼好的創意和如何合理安排了. 這兩個領袖甚至說，他們要在這裡自己買房子，以後不光是冬天，有空想來就帶家人朋友來這邊享受陽光呀！匈牙利總統說前天他去了迪士尼樂園，那個人多的呀，可以跟上海比了，哈哈哈.現在是旺季呀。可以到淡季來呀，現在那麼方便了，飛機不要幾小時就來了。現在全球一體了，沒有那麼多的對抗敵對情緒，沒有很嚴重的安全問題，全球資源共享，領袖們世界各地交朋友。到加州來短居，這比起整個世界的一體化進程來，自然而然，輕而易舉的事啊. 親愛的主席，88，後面的T & B有事做了，也帶上我吧！這也是我的初始創意呢.

I asked Jackie to ask them if there is one  base of the Leaders Club here, let them take turns to come here for vacation in winter, are they willing? Is that still necessary to ask? ! Jackie said that these people enjoyed the sunshine in Southern California most of the time because it was arranged for them. If in the future, Hainan Island, Taiwan Island, Southeast Asia, Central America, and even Patagonia in South America, Australia,  for them, for the floating population in the northern hemisphere, arranging where to go, sheltering from the cold and short-term work in winter, or vice versa in summer, then this is also a big market, a very interesting industry. It depends on the top-level design what are some good ideas and how to make reasonable arrangements. The two leaders even said that they will buy their own houses here, not only in winter, but also bring family and friends here to enjoy the sunshine whenever they want to come! The Hungarian president said that he went to Disneyland the day before yesterday. There were so many people, it can be compared with Shanghai, hahaha. It's peak season now. You can come in the off-season. It's so convenient now. The plane only takes a few hours to come. Now the world is one, there is not so much confrontation and hostility, there are no serious security issues, global resources are shared, and leaders make friends all over the world. Coming to California for a short stay is naturally easier than the integration process of the whole world. Dear Chairman, 88, I have something to do with T & B, take me! This is also my original idea.
