我記得在莫斯科外那些村鎮，人口很少，街道冷清，房子雖然很大，可是人住不滿. 你們可不可以把這些房子整理出來，讓外來的人去休閑短住呢？我知道在中國那些海島上的，高山上的客房，在旅遊旺季都被訂的滿滿的，那兒有一點點風景就很了不起.可是這比起俄國的安靜,悠閑,自然,綠色的鄉鎮來，那簡直差遠了. 還有我覺得俄國如果要發展，應該把人口集中起來住，這樣子才能產生足夠的內需，才可以發展出各種各樣的市場，才可以把經濟推活. 應該像雄安特區那樣，設計現代化的城市居住區，把散居的人口彙集起來，培養和引進各種人才，尤其是開發新的產業，投資開展項目跟國際接軌！如果高鐵會從俄國東部去美洲，應該沿線把新城市建起來，設立大學,醫院,研究所,企業，吸引人才去那邊定居啊. 而且俄國可以挑選的紀念品也不多，並且價格還貴.俄國有那麼好的石頭資源，軍事加工資源，皮毛，森林物產，應該動動腦筋把它設計成中國人喜歡的飾品，針對中國市場，做成廚房,生活,金屬加工器具等更貼近生活的藝術品，或者俄國人設計讓中國人來生產。我看了中國市場上那麼多的玉石，一點翡翠就那麼貴，和田玉更是天價.俄國那麼多礦場一定有很多的寶石，讓中國師傅來精加工那銷路一定好.俄國有很多好的木材可以做木雕，可以生產傢具，中國人可以投資開設木材加工廠，傢具生產廠. 俄國應該開放投資，錢到了人也就來了，有很多可以投資的領域呢，農業,林業,畜牧業,副業，礦業,旅遊業,金融業，高科技,信息產業，人工智慧,機器人，好多好多. 俄國需要一個好的頂層規劃. 美國一個農民生產率相當於267的中國農民.於是我就想，如果可以把俄國的亞洲部分土地作為糧倉，那中國的農業人口一大部分可以去做其他更有效益的事. 華西村當時鼎盛時期，我就不太看好，因為我覺得有一點太唯利是圖，村的設計不合理，不美觀，不生態，現在走到這個地步，預料之中的事，就像美國走到現在這個地步.他們太看重經濟這一部分，沒有看到社會整個部分，應該是他們對社會的了解不夠吧. 我很想問普京，照片中哪一個男孩是他的兒子？

Russia needs a good top-level plan. A  farmer in the United States whose productivity is equivalent to 267 in China.
