能量大的人，活動範圍也大，旅遊只是其中一項  People with great energy have a large range of activities, travel is just one of them
親愛的主席，88，Jackie說你們還要我講中俄之間的旅遊. 謝謝你們喜歡看.上次我講的一些，言猶未盡.旅遊是當人們的經濟水平提高，能量增強，而出現的超離原來居住位置的活動.而能量大的人，活動範圍也大，旅遊只是其中一項. 所以如果俄國要做旅遊那就要全面展開，要為不同層次的客戶服務.比如有短期的旅行，只是人們為了觀光放鬆，欣賞不同的文化，離開平日司空見慣的環境.有些人旅遊不光只想花錢，還想得到一些什麼，還能賺錢，所以要設計一些套餐，讓這些人可以發揮特長，讓他們能動手干一點怎麼。比如邀請藝術家,攝影家去旅遊點，要求他們出多少作品.或者在旅遊點舉辦音樂節，讓音樂家們來舉辦音樂會。同時邀請不同地方的遊客來觀光，既欣賞音樂，又有了票務收入，旅遊點還有遊客，皆大歡喜. 如果地大物博，每一個旅遊點都各有特色，可以按照當地的文化多安排一些文化節，也可以把別的文化請進來開博覽會。比如德國每年的啤酒節，不光歐洲人去，美洲的，亞洲的遊客們也想去湊熱鬧呀！除了短期旅遊，也可以中長期的，可以是實習，訓練，教育，服務，甚至是工作.全世界有很多大學，其中有專門學俄語的學生.那俄國可不可以和這些大學俄語系掛鉤，成為學校一個交流計劃。然後既可以在這些旅遊地培訓學生，也可以有流動大學，車載學生從一個地方到另一個地方，途中觀光教學.也可以請這些學生到觀光點在相關單位實習，全世界有好多這樣的孩子呢. 如果你們開辦各種才藝夏令營，技能夏令營，軍事夏令營，有從各個國家來的孩子，那這些學生也可以來做義務老師.
