在一帶一路這些國家裡，俄國的影響力是久遠的.讓中國人組成團隊去這些國家挨門挨戶，個別交談收集信息，也是可以的，但是在文化上總是隔一層. 而且中國人對信息收集以後，如何美化處理並放到網頁上，不光只是呈現功能，而是要有藝術價值，可能俄國人去做更好一些. 俄國人可不可以組成一支隊伍，針對各種類型不同的企業單位，專門為別人去收集信息來設計網頁的. 可以跟馬雲的阿里巴巴，天貓淘寶什麼的進行合作，專門把別國的特殊產品介紹進中國.不光如此，還可以為網上服務設施落後國家服務，比如說非洲國家，比如說拉丁美洲國家，為他們設計網站，為他們提供藝術裝飾，為他們找平台將產品投入大市場， 為他們配備網頁金融交付服務，甚至可以為他們尋找投資來提升產品和包裝. 俄國也是歐洲國家， 對西方文化也相當熟悉. 就像我上次說的，俄國可以利用高素質的藝術,音樂,舞蹈,數學人才，建立全球教育網那樣，那俄國也可以建立一支網站設計,維護隊伍，為全世界提供設立各種網站服務，隨時更新加以維護，以及將網站投放大型銷售平台，為公司提供產品包裝啊！套用一句IKEA的口號,」It is a big world, someone』s going to website it!」普京大帝，俄國會有興趣做這個嗎？

In these countries along the Belt and Road, Russia』s influence is long-lasting. It』s okay for Chinese people to form a team to go door-to-door in these countries and talk to each other individually to collect information, but it』s always culturally separated. And after Chinese have collected information, how to beautify and put it on the web page is not only to present the function, but also to have artistic value. Maybe the Russians do it better. Can the Russians form a team for various types of different business units ,  to collect information for others to design specifically  web pages. You can cooperate with Jack Ma』s Alibaba, Tmall, Taobao, etc., to introduce special products from other countries into China. Not only that, but also serve countries which are with backward on line service facilities. For example, African countries, such as Latin American countries, design websites for them, provide them with art decoration, find a platform for them to put their products into the big market, provide them with web financial delivery services, and even find investment for them to improve their products and packaging. Russia is also an European country and is quite familiar with Western culture. As I said last time, Russia can use high-quality art, music, dance, and mathematics talents to establish a global education network, so Russia can also establish a website design and maintenance team provides the world with services for setting up various websites, updating and maintaining them at any time, and putting the website on a large sales platform to provide the company with product packaging!
