這個世界應該把環境污染比較嚴重的製造業，集中在某幾個遠離大多數民眾居住的地區. 比如中國的某些省，或俄國的一些區，等等. 並對在此工作的人們給予一定的健康補償，同時當超過一定時間后將他們調離. 把一些在偏遠地區的小山村和城鎮其居住條件比較落後而艱難的居民，向城市群的地帶遷移.還可以適當地保留一些居住點，作為文化的豐富性或者特殊性呈現. 按照工作性質，比如採礦,機械加工，化工，冶金等等物理性的生產勞動，讓勞動力一定要在工作現場, 生活定居一定要在附近.但是現在隨著高科技電子信息化，很多的工作可以在電腦和網上VR進行。 比如時裝設計，軟體編程，甚至網上教學，從業者可以在全球任何一個聯網的地方. 他們的居住點就可以是移動的，尤其是年輕沒有家累的，可以夏天在北半球而冬天去南半球的. 所以地球上因為人口能量越來越大，移動規模越來越頻繁，必須在各處建造房屋預留一些居住空間，來承受這些人口移動的. 在這些城市群中，看其人口的成分和城市的位置，會有重疊的文化,宗教, 生活方式,價值層，流動的人口也會為不同的居住點帶來文化的衝擊，並動態地產生新的文化. 人口流動的規模和動態會改變社會的結構和人們生活的方式，也會催生出很多的服務行業。比如滿足親密性，代父母懷孕育兒. 比如那些在全球範圍的某行業人員，可以不單調,不厭煩地在全球輪轉呢.某些行業人們可以工作一定年份后免費去進修，或去旅遊勝地休假.全球化要對全球的自然資源,礦產分佈,水文,地理,森林,土壤，都有一個很精確的認識，對人類社會生產所需要耗用的自然資源進行合理的規劃,使用,開採，並且最大可能地保護環境. 而當人們比較集中在城市群里，就不必花很多的資金去為了連接偏遠的地區而花很多人工建造道路.可能無人機網就可以完成這些任務.那個時候對整個人類的生活文明程度才是最直接最根本的追求，各個地域的政治,警察,法律都是為了維持社會正常運轉的.因為全球一體整體安排，沒有地域之間利益集團之間根本性衝突的基礎, 因為資源全球共享. 我不知道你們這些全世界的主宰，對整個世界的頂層設計理念是什麼？還是根本就沒有一個頂層設計，依然把各個國家作為基地，在此基礎上為各國的經濟發展做調整罷了？有可能這樣子的設計，對人類整體來說不是最大福利的公約數。但至少目前的世界範圍的政治框架，沒有受到大的衝擊.

Therefore, because the individual energy on the earth is increasing, the scale of movement is becoming more and more frequent. It is necessary to build houses everywhere to reserve some living space to withstand the movement of people. In these urban agglomerations, look at the composition of the population. The location of the city will have overlapping cultures, religions, lifestyles, and value layers. The mobile population will also bring cultural shocks to different settlements and dynamically generate new cultures. The scale and dynamics of population mobility will change the structure of society, and the way people live will also give birth to many service industries. For example, satisfying intimacy, surrogate parents, pregnancy and childcare. For example, those in a certain industry around the world can rotate around the world without being monotonous. In certain industries, people can go training for free after a certain year of work or go to tourist resorts .Globalization requires a very precise understanding of the global natural resources, mineral distribution, hydrology, geography, forests, and soil, and reasonable planning, use, exploitation of the natural resources that human society needs to consume in production to protect the environment as much as possible.
