中國政府做事的價值觀與西方不同

中國政府做事很大程度上忽視個人的權益，這如果放到歐美那一定是行不通的 The Chinese government has largely ignored the rights and interests of individuals.
反觀中國社會，由於中國文化中長久的封建意識，普通老百姓的人權沒有那麼重要，而中央集權又使政府部門大權在握，令出必行的.因為人口的集中，集中每個人的需要就提供了巨大的市場. 因為密集居住，又為人才的使用提供了各種各樣的機會.中國人勤奮，很多時候可以一才多用的. 這樣一方面釋放出巨大的生產力，另一方面巨大市場提供了巨額利潤，而這些利潤又快速在市場上周轉，同時在政府的安排下在全國範圍可以調動資源。政府一旦手上握有最先進的技術，就可以馬上在全國範圍應用，效益很高的.雖然中國政府做事很大程度上忽視個人的權益，好像老百姓也習慣了，不敢有太多怨言。這如果放到歐美，那一定是行不通的！正是因為中國政府高度集權有效施政，尤其是在經濟方面的令行暢通無阻，發揮集中優勢，所以中國改革30年迅速崛起！ 那我想，當把中國經驗和理論推廣到全世界其他國家的時候，那勢必一定要考慮當地的人文環境了，不然你們會四處碰壁的.昨天我講到的是歐洲的哲學史，講美國立國政策觀念可以追溯到歐洲哲學家的思想.不光如此，很多歐美國家的立法，也是從歐洲哲學家的哲學思想出發的.今天我更要說不光是每一個國家的有歷史傳統的哲學思想，在亞洲，非洲和拉丁美洲，更有一層宗教的影響.中亞，西亞，中東，東南亞，都是有很深的宗教淵源的，伊斯蘭世界里很多國家都是政教合一的，一部古蘭經，三分之一講的是生活中的法律規範.記得我在耶路撒冷老城，伊斯蘭區的市場里賣的東西絕大部分都是和宗教有關的.在泰國街頭巷尾到處都是四面佛，很多生活習慣也都是從佛教而來的.

Many countries in the Islamic world are a combination of politics and religion, a Quran, One-third is about the laws and regulations in life. I remember that most of the things  sold in the market in the Islamic District of Jerusalem were related to religion. In the streets and alleys of Thailand, there are Erawan Buddhas, many living habits all came from Buddhism.
