Thank you so much for coming to visit Jackie today. Special thanks for Jeff that he is going to find a good art teacher for her from his school. That is so wonderful, Jackie is so lucky!  There is something I would like to ask you for help and advice. You know in this world, not like music , there is no official grading system for fine art. Last time I mentioned that to Ronald from Universal studio,and he's kind of interested. However , Steven has no interest in that. I had a brief talk to the head of good local Chinese art school who has great experience in teaching kids art for so many years. She told me they have grading system of their own, with leveled steps teaching kids techniques, creativity, designing etc. she also mentioned that in China they have their own grading systems as well, that every year kids in this field would have to take exams to get certified, colleges accept talented kids based on their certification Levels. I'm sure there might be similar grading systems in Russia and Europe, as art is a big thing in their culture they have great ways in teaching kids step-by-step improving their techniques, be good artists. Well, so she told me, it is not the big problem to come up a scientific reasonable grading system, but to get it accepted worldwide is really a big challenge. If I would like to make it happen , I need your advice and help. Please tell me if the following plan feasible.

1.        在全球範圍內尋找該領域的權威來建立組織。當局可以是來自世界著名的商業和教育部門的人員，也可以是來自與特殊藝術有關的部門的人員，或者是世界著名的藝術家。
2.        在這些人中，有些人將研究全球不同的評分系統，形成一個通用標準，包括基本技術和其他變化，涵蓋所有方面以及藝術史。他們將準備測試要求和評分標準。產品也可以使用不同的語言。

To set up a world acceptable system similar as ABRSM
1st        Find authorities in this field worldwide to set up an Organization. The authorities can be people from world famous business and educational units, or people from special art related units, or world famous artists.
2nd        Among those people, some will Look into different grading systems worldwide, form a universal standard, including basic techniques and additional variations, covering all aspects, Plus art history. They will prepare the tests requests and grading criteria. The products can be in different languages as well.
3rd        Some will prepare teaching materials all levels based on proposed grading systems. In Jeff's art school , there must be a lot of existing materials and experienced teachers from different fields, sketch, line-art watercolor,oil painting,color pencil, pastel,etc.
4th        Some will be responsible providing art materials , electronic equipment, even software. Those people can be from Photoshop, Apple, even Bank investor.
5th        Some are administration personnel who are responsible for arranging the tests . Authorized artists can be selected worldwide as reviewers whenever it's needed.
6th        The most important thing is art schools and art industry has to agree to accept the grading results. Their representatives are in the organization.

There are so many kids in the world love art . There are at least 0.1 billion kids in china that Guarantee will take the test. even half of them take the test every year, it's a giant market. Plus the teaching business, selling books and materials, equipment, it is a big industry. What do you think ?what is missing? What I need to improve?  Later on , if it's possible I even have more ambitious plans. Maybe we can include performing art, art crafts making , etc into the system. This will provide much bigger space for all art forms to grow, for artists , professional masters to create.  Dear Steven and Jeff, what do you think? Will you help me?
