把時裝做成保險服務業  Make fashion into insurance service industry
Jackie現在在積累資源，應該是各方面的資源，無論是海外的還是中國國內的，而且以後要充分利用這些資源的. 辦教育是個細心活，是比旅遊要複雜的. 可以通過她認識領袖，一點一點地把當地的資源開發凝聚，比如小孩子需要居住的地方，通勤司機和車輛，用餐，參觀地點的選擇，陪伴的老師警衛，課程的篩選，時間的安排，校舍的選擇，費用的考量，緊急事件醫療保護，等等，可以向麥當勞一樣建立一個模式，針對不同的年齡，不同的學習要求，不同時間，程度要求分別安排. 這也是就像這次Jackie去土耳其和俄國，發動群眾，將這些國家的能動性發揮出來，就可以聯成一個全球網了. 我甚至在想，當我把這些點在各個國家都設立起來以後，那我就把這整個一套系統，交給特別的管理班子去打理. 我只掛一個名，然後我尋找下一個項目，充分利用我和Jackie手中的資源，把business設立起來.  又比如說，我看中國人這邊在時尚方面，雖然沒聽說過中國有什麼有名的時裝設計師，但是大街小巷城市鄉村所有的服裝銷售店都是風格多彩，毫無疑問是完全趕上世界潮流時尚的！可是，中國人在穿衣方面缺的，是很多個體不知道什麼樣的衣服適合自己，他們不知道怎麼去挑選衣服，不知道怎麼樣才能穿出自己最出彩的一面. 這是需要形象設計師有訓練的眼光來為他們挑選的. 你看上次跟Jackie見面的時裝設計師，Ralph Lauren, 這位俄國人的後裔，那麼有經驗，他只稍微一瞥，Jackie的身高體型氣質適合什麼樣的衣服，他馬上拿了一件牛仔的overall背帶短褲給她. 我不得不承認也非常無可奈何，那是非常適合她的. 是不是可以讓Jackie請她認識的世界頂級時裝設計師們來為中國的十億人提供時裝選擇，和形象設計服務？可以把它做成一各像醫療保險的服務呀，每年付年費做成基本服務. 而且如果有人可以把全中國大部分商店裡面的衣服數字化，那要選擇的可能是不是非常大，電腦一配, 到哪裡訂貨加快遞，一下子就解決了！還可以額外服務定製. 而且衣服不一定要買，租就行了，可以保證每次不重樣. 光這樣的生意，因為人口基數大那就會很賺錢的，而且可以節省很多的不必要的衣料縫紉等物質上的和人工上的浪費，但人們的穿衣品質卻提高了！Jackie認識的那些時裝設計師，要從心裡笑開花了.

However, what the Chinese are lacking in dressing is that many individuals do not know what kind of clothes are suitable for themselves, they do not know how to choose clothes, and they do not know how to wear their most brilliant side. This requires image designers to use their  trained vision to pick up for them. Look at the fashion designer who met Jackie last time, Ralph Lauren, the descendant of the Russian, is so experienced, he just knows by Jackie 』s height and shape  which clothes are suitable, he immediately took a denim overall shorts for her. I have to admit  very helplessly, it is very suitable for her. Is it possible for Jackie to invite the world's top fashion designers she knows to serve one billion people in China providing fashion selection and image design services? It can be made into a service like medical insurance, let people pay an annual fee for a basic service. And if someone can digitize the clothes in most stores in China, is it possible to choose in very large pool? Once the computer  selects the clothes, where to place the order and then express delivery, then the matter will be resolved at once! There are also customizations for additional services. And people don』t have to buy clothes, just rent them, you can guarantee that they don』t repeat each time. This is the only business, because the population base is large, it will be very profitable, and it can save a lot of  material and sewing of the necessary clothes. The materials are not wasted, but the quality of people's clothes has improved! Those fashion designers whom Jackie knows are going to laugh and blossom from their heart.
