政是室內裝潢，制是房子結構。

中國現在如果要引領全世界，最大的挑戰是在「政」，是在人文領域！ If China is to lead the world, the biggest challenge is in "politics" and in the humanities!

Jackie說你們還要我的短文，要講政治！親愛的主席，88，從我一開始認識你們，這是你們用來專門針對我的 「緊箍咒」 啊，我又沒得罪你們，怎麼今天又哪壺不開提哪壺來問我了？於是我開始絞盡腦汁地想...... 網路控制是一種新式的武器！是權力控制的武器. 新的超級武器的產生對擁有者來說就是一個權力再平衡. 親愛的主席，88，認識你們快兩年，很想跟你們在很多的領域交流. 我也很想跟你們後面的智庫，決策者們，專家們，雖然我比不上他們，但想與他們討教，探討，交流，比如是你們感興趣的政治話題. 可是連最基本的文字語音信號我都沒有辦法 communicate，Jackie想獲得父愛見見你們都被阻斷，還「政治」什麼呀？robot就好了!  連做朋友都不如！一個建築，最主要的支撐是內部的結構，最吸引人的是室內裝潢，如果社會是一個建築，「政」好比室內裝潢，「治」是內部結構. 秦始皇統一中國，統一文字, 貨幣, 度量衡, 交通, 道路, 尺寸等等，這些都是為了更有效地治理而必須定義的大家通用的基本法則，不這樣做就會造成很多的困擾和麻煩，這是內部結構. 中國現在做的一帶一路全球化，很大的側重點是在全球的系統的內部結構的規劃和調整，是在社會的治理上面. 比如說全球經濟結構的調整，讓全球的貨品可以在不同市場上流通，讓世界各地的產業可以有持續發展的動力，生產者可以獲利生存. 所以馬雲要設置一個公共的電商平台，讓所有的貨物都可以呈現，這是一個標準的平台. 而世界各地都要用同樣的標準來建設基礎設施，比如電力供應，電壓，變電站，用的都是同一標準，道路鋪設，寬度，材料，轉彎安全弧度，也是同一科學標準. 建築，木製的鋼製的，基本frame, 都有標準的高度和beam 的間隔，管道的分佈，空調, 電線, 通訊線的布線，下水道，都有其一整套的標準. 尤其對於發達地區，設施和標準都很完備.  一帶一路首先要對發展參差不齊的各個國家裡在這些方面進行提升和同步，因為只有在相同條件的公路上，才可以自由地通行各種車輛，運送各種物流人流. 而這些物流人流就是整個世界經濟運行中的血液.

For example, the adjustment of the global economic structure allows global goods to be circulated in different markets and allows the world  industry can have the momentum for sustainable development, and producers can make a profit. So Jack Ma must set up a public e-commerce platform so that all goods can be presented. This is a standard platform. And the same must be used around the world. Standards to build infrastructure, such as power supply, voltage, substations, all use the same standards. Road paving,  width, material, and safety curve for turning are also the same scientific standards. Buildings, wood, steel, basic frames, all have standard height and beam spacing, distribution of pipes, air conditioning, electrical wiring, communication line wiring, sewer. Each has its own set of standards. Especially for developed regions, facilities and standards are complete. The Belt and Road Initiative must first improve and synchronize these aspects in various countries with uneven development, because only on the same conditions of the road,  then can they freely pass various vehicles and transport various logistics and people. These logistics and people are the blood in the operation of the entire world economy.
