Jackie說你們想聽globalization. 其實全球化是文明平衡的過程. 我去歐洲，看見各個國家的經濟發展水平差不多，美術館里所呈現的基本上都是一樣的油畫，技巧啊，表現手法呀，形式啊都差不多. 可能內容不太一樣，靠近北方法蘭德斯派，法國巴洛克,洛可可，南邊義大利，可是藝術水準差不多呀. 這些是千百年積累沉澱下來，是小範圍的文明平衡. 印度, 斯里蘭卡, 孟加拉, 巴基斯坦，這些國家的衣著, 飲食文化, 文明程度也差不多, 也是千百年積累沉澱小範圍的文明平衡. 南美國家也是這樣啊. 現在科技發達了，通訊交通都可以讓信息物流快速流通，那文明就要在全球平衡，globalization就是通過富裕地區向貧窮地區投資分享高科技，在貧窮地區注重教育，並選擇適合自己發展的模式來完成的！就像自然界上帝的法則，在一定空間內如沒有阻隔，最後氣壓或溫度都會達到平衡，只有這樣能量才最穩定. 地球上所有地方的人都希望過上好日子，享用最高級先進的文明成果，這樣才和平, 公平, 才能穩定發展.  我回國去看見有些地方甚至賣魚皮做的零食. 我覺得，因為人口太多需求太大，對資源有點過分開發. 美國的餐館基本上只提供雞肉牛肉和魚肉，或者一些海鮮. 沒有像中國菜那麼得花樣繁多. 因為資源足夠多，吃最好的部分就可以了. 你看這就是生活水準不平衡，為什麼別人吃肉我要吃魚皮？是不是資源應該平衡分佈一下？是不是有才華的人應該尋找適合的地點，應該有更多的空間發揮才能？於是，全球化就一定會涉及到人口的流動！我前兩次講設立治理的模型，如果有更好的服務或治理就需要控制流量. 對於人口眾多的國家，在全球化的趨勢下，不但需要在各地尋找優化合適的經濟運作模型，而經濟運作是要靠人來運作的，勢必就要人口的再分佈平衡.
