其次我覺得歐洲人在心底深處是最排外的，歐洲是最難讓外人進入社會生存的. 猶太人可以告訴你他們的遭遇. 而歐洲文化的冷漠和高昂的生活費用，使歐洲人口下降沒有足夠的人氣來支撐國家的發展. 歐洲人血液裡帶著一種心理上的疾病，這是違反上帝的意志的，違反人類發展規律的. 政府里有見識的人主張引進外來人口，但是在歐洲文化中的排外因素把負能量加在新來的移民者身上. 同時政府沒有提供當地人和新來者之間有效溝通的橋樑，光提供物質的設施，並不能夠保證人心之間的相通. 當然你可以說宗教文化不一樣，生活方式不一樣，但至少政府要有所作為. 如果政府提供一個舞台像你們這樣可以把當地的政府官員和穆斯林的宗教領袖們，每天聚在一起互相交流，互通有無，有什麼問題可以馬上知道，並尋找渠道及時加以解決. 如果有什麼認知上的衝突也坦誠布公出來，希望彼此有一個理解和寬容.  情形可能就不同了. 不要小看這種每天的直接的，在視頻中面對面的交流，因為這讓人看到誠意，這讓人看到人性，大家都是一樣的為了生活. 最讓人感受到，世界上的事情總有解決的辦法，不一定要通過武力和衝突. 不能坐下來好好談嗎？ 當歐洲人對難民有這種排斥心態的時候，任何留下來的難民都不會過好日子，都會找機會生事兒的. 不光是對難民，對外來的，非本宗教的移民，都會是一樣的. 所以我覺得，如果造成ISIS的根本起源得到解決，除非那些日子過得不錯的新來的難民，其他的都應該回到原來的地方去. 可以聯合國的名義出資幫助難民回家園恢復，不應該把這些難民推向其他的國家.  而同時如果在全球範圍進行人口轉移的話，應該要有一個合理的調度，去的地方要有充分的準備，包括物質上和精神上的，個人和社區的, 去的新移民也要在這些方面有準備 .因為要融入一個社會，就算不是難民也都是很難的，更何況從小不是在那長大的，從一個有深厚文化歷史背景去適應另一個那麼深厚文化歷史的歐洲. 我在想也許中東地區，埃及，還有那些施坦國，缺人口的波羅的海國家，應該有一個規劃，逐步地接受外來人口. 這些國家要尋找適合自己國家的產業引進產業需要的人口，把這些地方的經濟的帶動起來. 這才是現在應該進行規劃和做的事呢.
