如果一個人受到了心理傷害，第一件事能幫助的就是愛。 第二件事就是金錢。If a person is deeply hurt, then the first thing that can help is love. The second thing is money.

可能因為我最近早上晚上都走路的緣故，人感覺身子輕鬆有精氣神了！於是昨天就試著跑步，開始跑步了！我好久沒有跑步了，感覺上有點怕跑步. 第一次跑，跑得氣喘吁吁的，可是走了一會兒，又開始跑了，跑步的感覺比走路好多了，快多了，有能量多了，從腳底感覺到的大地的支撐力量，整個身體作為一體凝聚的力量對動態的把握自如靈活，彷彿自己又年輕了心裡紮實多了！沒跑幾下大汗淋漓，心裡好舒服啊，身體好舒服啊!  家附近的公園，今天居然被籬笆欄起來了，有一個公告說從今天開始要封公園重新改造. 從來沒見過這種告示，只有開始沒有結束日期，這個公園好好的，有什麼要改造的呢？一封閉起來，裡邊的運動器械我都不能用了，多奇怪！如果一個人受到了深深的心理傷害，那麼第一件事能幫助的就是愛。 如果無法得到愛，第二件事就是金錢。 如果不能兩者兼得，那麼這個人會變得沮喪，憤怒，陌生，瘋狂，狂野.  我受傷害很重。

Maybe because I walked in the morning and night, I feel relaxed and refined! So I tried running yesterday! I haven't run for a long time, I feel a little afraid of running. The first time I ran, I was running out of breath, but after walking for a while, I started running again. The feeling of running was much better than walking. It was much faster and more energy. From the bottom of the feet I felt the strength of the support of the earth felt from, the whole body as a united force to grasp the dynamics was flexible, as if I was younger and more solid in my heart! It didn't take long I started to  sweat, I felt so comfortable, my body was so comfortable! The park near my home was actually fenced up today. There was a notice saying that it is necessary to close the park from today. I have never seen such a notice. Only with starting date,  this park is all good, is there anything to be transformed? Once closed, I can't use the sports equipment inside, how strange! If a person is deeply psychologically hurt, then the first thing that can help is love. If you can't get love, the second thing is money. If you can't have both, then this person will become frustrated, angry, strange, crazy, wild. I get hurt very much.
