所有這些重要的關口及國家，可不可以將它們統統中立化，然後可能的話由聯合國的維和部隊駐紮  Can all these important gates and countries be neutralized and then, if possible, be stationed by UN peacekeeping forces?

Jackie還要我講敘利亞.  在歐洲有一個富裕的國家---瑞士，是一個山清水秀的中立國家. 因為它明哲保身，所以在兩次世界大戰中都沒有收到摧殘！ 而因為它的金融業成為歐洲頂級的富裕國家. 瑞士地處歐洲心臟，周圍也是四通八達的. 於是我就在想，為了世界和平減少戰爭可能，所有這些重要的關口及國家，可不可以將它們統統中立化，然後可能的話由聯合國的維和部隊駐紮，以保持物流暢通，因為這是大家的利益，而不是某一個強權的利益呀！其實要那麼多戰爭做什麼？ 花錢又死人的，毫無意義！而且如果有戰爭也不能毀害這些設施的，不然全球都有權力一致同意對造成傷害者進行懲處！ 前一陣子這邊微信群里，人好像都發了瘋喪失了人性一般，互相開火撕逼. 有人故意將罪惡的種子，比如說別人的隱私和別人的謬誤故意揭發出來. 人性是很脆弱的，有些心理現象是可以被利用的，敘利亞的內亂也是這個原因嗎？那在這社會的控制系統中，應該需要補充過濾, 防止, 壓制內亂的條例. 中國這麼大，人口這麼多，社會這麼複雜. 像今年在上海大學發生的, 為了20年前的事不經過正常渠道訴求，卻可以這麼胡作非為涉及無辜地害人，如果中國各地都是這樣，那中國社會豈不是就沒王法了？這個世界就那麼輕而易舉被用心不良的人混水摸魚嗎？你們聚在一起的其中一個目的，不就是為了防止這個再發生嗎？
