Jackie要我寫印度. 印度缺什麼呢? 印度是發展中國家，甚至比周圍的亞洲國家都落後. 我注意到一點，一般來說人口住得適中的話，人口數應該是地區面積的一百倍. 而印度人口太密集了. 大多數亞洲國家有許多深厚的歷史，是文明古國在文化上是非常豐富的. 今天在網上看的，新疆那兒推出了一台宏大的文藝演出，「千回西域」，整個就一個字「美」！有超過200多人蔘演，演員來自中國，哈薩克，俄國，烏克蘭等等，甚至有真的馬和駱駝上了舞台, 舞美和演員技高一流. 在中國其他地方我還沒看見相似的演出. 為什麼在那兒能推出這樣一台豐富多彩的節目？因為那兒的文化豐富啊，人還沒出來，一聽那音樂我心裡就開始搖擺. 比起內地那些好歌聲, 星光大道，音樂大多是靜態的，這才是飛翔舞動的音樂呢. 但是因為近代物流基本上都只經過海上，古老的絲綢之路安靜沉默了，新興的科技現代化還沒有真正灌溉這一片土地，宗教的嚴密控制和思想僵化使這個地區缺少硬體和基礎設施.  美國人，不止美國人，曾經想改變這一現狀. 他們用的是傳教士的方法來改變思想，可這行不通啊，中亞最不缺的就是思想啊，所有世界大宗教發源地都在那兒，二維怎麼跟三維融合，怎麼能管制三維呢？於是他們憑著軍事力量的強大就來個快刀斬亂麻，不破不立，可文化的東西像水流一樣的，抽刀斷水水更流. 對越南, 朝鮮一兩個沒有深厚文化歷史的國家可以這麼做，就是做了又能夠維持多久也還是個問題，你看現在菲律賓就開始反水了. 中國是從底層開始做，從不直接涉及文化的硬體和基礎設施開始做，效果是明顯的，但也是有限的. 離真正的文化交流和人民友好還是有很大的距離的. 最好是雙管齊下，上下一起做.
