美國沒有師道尊嚴  Teacher in US has no dignity

Jackie說，是你們告訴她, 她可以直接喊你們的名字？這是沒大沒小的美國作派，可如果她這樣養成習慣，以後到中國去，勢必要得罪很多人呢！ 這邊美國小孩，平時在一起議論老師，都是直呼其名！Jackie告訴我，那位教科學的老師，因為給的課外作業比較多，班上有一位漂亮的很受歡迎的女孩子，就是那位已經談了十一位男朋友的女孩子，覺得功課太多，害她都沒有時間和男孩子聊天. 於是有一天當老師布置完作業，她就站起來當面發飆，說那老師是她見過的最不近人情的老師，最冷酷無情不關心孩子成長的老師，最不懂得如何教孩子, 只知道給作業的老師，還有把她學到的所以難聽話, 都一股腦丟給老師. Jackie看見嚇傻了，雖然美國沒有師道尊嚴，Jackie平時也敢對我囂張，但對老師，她還是比較尊重的，因為她想得好分數. 沒見過學生這麼罵老師的.

So one day when the teacher arranged the homework, she stood up and screamed, said that the teacher was the most inhuman teacher she had ever met, the most ruthless teacher who did not care about the child's growth, the least knew how to teach the child and only knew  to gave  homework. And the ugly words that she learned, all of them were thrown to the teacher. Jackie saw that she was scared, although in United States teacher does not have the dignity, Jackie usually daresto be arrogant to me, but to the teacher, she is more respectful, because she wants to have good score. I have never seen a teacher so embarrassed by a student.

這事如果是在中國，那老師一定會火冒三丈，不僅會罰學生, 而且會讓學生出去！會讓學生去校長辦公室或者寫檢查什麼的！會不讓學生來上課！學生怎麼可以不好好學習還謾罵老師? 可是這邊老師，可能司空見慣了吧，臉皮特別厚，也沒有師道尊嚴，對那位女生說，」那是你個人的看法，我只是按著教學大綱來布置功課，做不做是你的選擇.」 當然那位女生不做，成績不好她也不在乎，她漂亮會打扮, 知道怎麼去吸引男孩子！典型的美國女孩子. 心理學上說，要孩子以後長大尊重你, 愛你，小時候一定要對他們嚴厲些，讓他們長大學有所成！當他們長大懂事以後，他們會從心底深處感謝你的！教她的時候，讓她尊重你, 不能直呼你名，要有威嚴，要叫老師. 平時可以叫你的名，英文名，可以玩成一片. 你知道我跟她講正事的時候，口氣是完全不一樣的呢！ 昨天讓她帶給小朋友禮物，今天朋友卻還回來，搞不懂是什麼回事！

If this is in China, then the teacher will be furious, not only will punish the students, but will also let the students go out! Psychology says that if you want children ongrowing up,  respect you and love you, if children are still young, you must  strict children and let them grow up in profession! When they grow up and understand things, they will thank you from the bottom of their heart! When teaching her, let her respect you, can not let her call your name, have majesty, call you teacher. In normal days, she can call your name, English name, she can play with you. You know when I talk to her about business, my tone is totally different! Yesterday, she  gave a gift to the children. Today, the childrengive it back. I don』t understand what it is!

最近興起的文革風，還有群里其他人所發的帖子，好像都在說他們的權益受到了剝奪，要求分權！我也搞不懂怎麼回事，是沖你們來的嗎？我只是記得去年，突然一下冒出來很多人，可能大家都一下子衝破了柵欄, 到處搶地盤吧，你爭我奪的. 只要跟某些事有聯繫, 就把你祖宗十八代都查了個遍，哎呀那個人性醜惡呀，就像文革那樣！當時就有人感慨事態變化，「秦人不暇自哀，而後人哀之，後人哀之而不鑒之，亦使後人而復哀後人也！」 怎麼可以這樣一窩蜂, 毫無控制, 烏合之眾四面出擊呢？既不能建立信任信用，而且還互相拆台，互害. 這個世界是大家的，就像我早說的，應該有一個法律規範，大家都接受的, 明了的！即使是在網際網路也應該有一個權力體系，從上到下中央集權，合理安排，而不是橫向你爭我奪地混亂.

It is impossible to build trust credits, but also to dismantle each other and harm each other. This world is everyone's. As I said earlier, there should be a legal norm that everyone accepts, and it is clear! Even on the Internet, there should be a system of power, from the top to the bottom of the centralization, reasonable arrangements, rather than horizontally, people fight for the chaos.

就是現在，還可以感覺得到, 過去幾年一直在那兒的幾位Sir，現在還在，只是態度變了不少！想不通啊，我人在家中坐，誰也不得罪啊！沖我來幹嘛？ 大部分人不是設計師，他們只從自己的利益, 位置, 角度出發想問題，只想著為自己多佔一些地盤兒. 就像大家在同一條船上一樣，船上有貨物，如果有某一方想把貨都搜羅到他那一方，那船可能就不平衡, 要翻了.  那一方可能從來沒有意識到, 同舟共濟的重要，從來沒覺得, 平衡重量才能揚帆遠航，從來沒有站在上帝的位置, 看這個世界！這種人是沒有眼光的，缺頭腦的，不配做領袖的，是工科院校出來的打手工具，或中宣部出來的受人操縱的喉舌，或各個地區的土地爺，或某些行業的跨國集團. 因為他們不知道這個世界是一個世界，是一個整體，他們的眼光只有他們那一點.

Till now, I can still feel that several Sirs who have been there for the past few years are still there, but the attitude has changed a lot! I can't figure it out, I am sitting at home wholeday long, no  sin! Why are you doing it for me? Most people are not designers. They only think about problems from their own interests, positions, and opinions. They just want to occupy more sites for themselves. Just like everyone on the same boat, there are goods on board, if there is a certain party, collects goods on his side, the ship may be unbalanced and turn over. That party may never realize the importance of helping each other in the same boat. It never feel that balancing the weight can sail far, never stand in the position of God, see the world! This kind of person has no vision, lacks of mind, not worthy of being a leader, a hitting tool from engineering colleges, or the manipulated mouthpiece of the Central Propaganda Department, or landlords in various regions, or a multinational group of certain industries.  Because they don't know that the world is ONE world, it is a whole, and their eyes are only their point.
