校友應該成立一個顧問委員會  Alumni should set up an advisory committee

校友的意義在於他們的影響力，我們這個年紀很多都有閱歷經驗, 應該可以成立一個顧問委員會, 為國內很多企業事業提供諮詢服務. 和交大相聯繫，當校友創業時候，交大也可以提供各種服務. 當所在公司有用人需要, 可以回母校尋找人力資源！校友無非三個需要，家庭人生需要，工作職業需要，以及孩子未來需要，成立校友會, 學校能夠提供這些方面服務嗎？學校手中掌握那麼大的校友資源，是不是應該動點腦筋充分地利用這個優勢，大有作為？我很想回去，我甚至很想邀請習和王也能夠光臨校慶, 為交大增光添彩, 可能嗎？可我一看他們那樣子, 心裡就想躲得遠遠的! 你看人的態度所引發的結果, 會是多麼的不同！我覺得中國人的教育里缺了點什麼. 我在想中國人無論在自己家裡還有出外，待人處事教養境界，應該想想怎麼給自己帶來福分, 而不是災難！教會集合在一起，人們都是互相說祝福的話，鼓勵的話，讚美的話. 你可以說他們虛偽，但至少在教會系統里, 是在宣揚美好一面！你看猶太人嘴巴多甜，印度人也是很會做人的, 情商很高的！阿拉伯人的諺語是，看一個男人是不是好男人，就看他怎麼對待女人！值得互相攻擊嗎？

Alumni significance lies in their influence. In our age we have a lot of experience and knowledges, should be able to set up an advisory committee for many domestic enterprises and institutions to provide consulting services. With Shanghai Jiao Tong University connection, when alumni setting upentrepreneurship, Shanghai Jiao Tong University also offers a variety of Service. When the company is in need of professionals, you can go back to your alma mater to find human resources! Alumni are nothing more than three needs, family life , work career, and children's future. Set up an alumni association, can school provide these services? If you have such a large alumni resource in the hands of the school, should you use your brains to make full use of this advantage and make a difference? I really want to go back. I even want to invite Xi and Wang to visit the school and add glory to the university. Is it possible? But when I saw them do things that way,  my heart just wanted to hide and stay away! Resultscaused by attitudes, how different it would be! I think there issomething missing in Chinese education. I am thinking,Chinese people, whether in their own homes, or outside, to treat others, to handle things, should think about how to bring happiness to themselves, not disaster! People go Church gettogether, give each other blessings, words of encouragement, words of praise. You could say they are hypocritical, but at least in the church system, is to promote the good side! You see how sweet when Jewish talk to others,  Indians are also very nice, their emotional intelligence is very high! The slang of the Arabs is 「to see if a man is a good man, just see how he treats women!」 Worth attacking each other?
