上海沒有好的美術館！上海美術館裡面展品的質量不怎麼樣. 上海很多餐館裝修得很漂亮，可是在文化上，覺得品味還差一點. 國內很多旅遊勝地，麗江, 鳳凰, 陽朔的酒吧太嘈雜了, 是成人取樂找一夜情的地方，而不是一個有文化有情趣的地方. 去這邊的Getty博物館, 那兒專門預留一個畫室，提供紙張和筆，還有邊上的雕塑，你可以坐下來免費塗抹，畫你想畫的.  畫完了可以貼在牆上展覽, 或自己帶回家！給人預留一個發揮自己才華和動手創造的空間. 旅遊地可不可以也給一點這樣的空間，你可以去剪紙，繡花，捏泥人，甚至提供樂器，鋼琴也好，讓你即興演奏一曲，可以大家一起跳舞, 自娛娛人. 比到酒吧里喝酒聽人吼叫要好！城市裡的孩子課業負擔太重了, 不是所有的孩子都要去學那麼多的東西. 他們說美國的課程安排, 就是在18歲以下就把階層分開了. 是有道理, 但是這個就是現實. 在美國學習專業的東西，需要花很多錢的, 尤其是藝術. 分析一下中國的大市場，產業的結構和工作的機會應該是有一定比例的，把人才的培養也應該是適合這個比例或前瞻一些的. 讓全國的小孩子都去學同樣的課程, 那是對人才的不合理的培養, 也是對人才的浪費. 比如說有些項目需要特別好的動手能力強的技工，為什麼他一定要去學那麼多理論呢？有些工作需要強健的肌肉，不必學很多的文化，為什麼讓瘦弱孩子競爭入這行呢？在美國, 大多數行業都不必需要很多的背景知識，只要掌握那一部分就夠了. 很多孩子都不用那麼野心勃勃，因為他們知道, 只要在這個社會結構中找到一份工作就行！曾經很不解地問那位同性戀帥哥為什麼不完成大學學業，他從來也沒有出過國，從來也沒有出過加州除了拉斯維加斯. 他讀了兩年大學，就退學去做調酒師了！他也很奇怪地跟我說 「Suann, 不是每個人都非要有遠大志向的！」大多數美國年輕人就是這麼想的呀！社會結構就是這樣！對中國來說，有機的引導孩子們進入適當的領域，是科學的！你看中國城市的孩子，基本上都是瘦瘦弱弱，絕大部分戴眼鏡，這不是一件好事！要多給點活動空間，多一點時間玩各種活動，小孩子才身體好，長大才能開開心心有正常的人生！

To analyze Chinese big market, the structure of the industry and the opportunities for jobs should be a certain proportion. The foresight cultivation of talents should also be suitable for this ratio. Let the children all over the country go to the same course, it is the unreasonable, but also a waste. For example, some projects need particularly good hands-on mechanics, why you must go learn so many theories? Some jobs require strong muscles and don't have to learn a lot of culture. Why do you let thin weak children compete in this business? In the United States, most industries do not need a lot of background knowledge, as long as you master that part is enough. Many children are not so ambitious, because they know, just find a job in this social structure is enough! I was very puzzled to ask  the gay guy why didn』t finish college. He never went abroad. He never went out of California except Las Vegas. After two years of college, he dropped out to do bar-tending.  He also told me very strangely, "Suann, not everyone has to have great ambitions!" Most American young people think so! The social structure is like this! For China, it is scientific to guide children into the right fields optimally! You see most children in Chinese cities are basically thin and weak, and most of them wear glasses. This is not a good thing! It is necessary to give more space for activities and more time to play various sports. Children will be in good health and grow up to be happy and have a normal life!
