今天看新聞才發現原來你們和南非有全方位的合作. 不但如此，習在那兒接見所有非盟的領導人，也有是非盟又一盟主的感覺！要的！由此看來你們對非洲的規劃已經完成，而且已經是得到了非洲各個國家的認同，現在是在政治上，對實施規劃向全世界進行呈現，並且凝聚人心，為實施規劃做好行政上的準備. 真有魄力！非洲是一個幾千年都沒有多大變化的地方，南非是因為戰略地理位置重要，所以才得到了現代文明的青睞！可是在非洲大三角的最低端尖角，是很難成為非洲起領導作用角色的，應該說，有的話也是暫時的.  我不知道你們的計劃是什麼？是從南非開始，一步一步的向非洲上邊推廣呢？還是把非洲劃成幾個區域，在每個區域中尋找領頭的國家，從那裡開始建設，從下到上，從基礎建設，生活必須，水電能源教育醫療，一直到上層建築，全方位的合作投資建設，非洲有的是空間.
