Corrected: By 2050, the population of the elderly in China will reach 400 million, accounting for one fifth that of the world.
Comments: "Elderly" is the correct term to use here. "old" is usually one's subjective description, and often considered inappropriate and even rude. e.g.,when you say "he is old", there is very likely an under meaning that "he is old, and incapable, and perhaps can't think right, and perhaps useless".

6c. With 200 million being sold globally since its inception two decades ago, the walkman continues to sell well.
