Research Report on [LIGO scientists directly detect gravitational waves] event
---"gravitational waves" or "earthquake precursor wave" ---

D. About arriving time of the signal:
Typically impending earthquake precursor occur in 2 to 3 days before the earthquake. Most will be the case! we have said In the previous section that the so-called "gravitational waves" detected by LIGO did occur in 2-3 days before M 8.3 earthquake in Chile!
E. About the angle of incidence and the signal strength: The problem of the incident angle of "gravitational waves" seems not to be mentioned detail in the paper from LIGO . How about the angle between the incident angle of "gravitational waves" and the plane of detection equipment? It is directly related to the signal strength. Because two arms, which is perpendicular to each other, of their each interferometer are in free status, so two signals may be offset at a certain angle of incident. Also, because the interferometer arms of two interferometers are not in same direction (refer to paper screenshot), so the signal strength detected by two interferometers may be differences: or large or small......
Let's look a passage in LIGO English paper: 「Only the LIGO detectors were observing at the time of GW150914. The Virgo detector was being upgraded, and GEO 600, though not sufficiently sensitive to detect this event, was operating but not in observational mode」. 「With only two detectors the source position is primarily determined by the relative arrival time and ……」
That is, they are anti-deducted, not measured out.
Also an introductory article said: 「The positioning accuracy of gravitational wave sources can be improved only after Australian interferometer is networked. In other words, the sources position has difficulties before Australian interferometer is networked. It shows Indirectly that our suspect is a grain of truth!
F. Discussion on the time difference of signals detected by two
detectors:
1. The time difference of signals detected by two LIGO detectors is about 7 milliseconds. Some people think that this can only be a error value of signal which is made by human. We think: If the signal is emitted from the epicenter of the Chile earthquake, then this 7 ms may be human error and in fact the time difference should be 10 milliseconds!
2. The second possibility is: It is not necessary that the epicenter is a cradleland of specific precursor ( of course the precursor also can be emitted from epicenter), the area of rupture plate of M8 earthquake may have an extension up to thousands of kilometers, it is entirely possible that a stress point of precursor is far away from L1, H1 and locate in another direction! It is expected that this stress point is likely located in a fault of the eastern Pacific. It is required to find this stress point which meets the condition with 7 ms time difference between two detectors. To test and verify this argument, three detectors are necessary at least! This echoes with the content discussed in Section E!
G. Using GRB ( gamma-ray bursts) could not explain the signal
detected by LIGO to be gravitational wave

In the important news of first edition, 2016-02-18 China Science News, there is a report about response article for the question ofgravitational wave detection by Professor Cai Yifu Physics, University of Science and Technology of China.
At first Mr Choi affirmed the question for gravitational wave detection, but he defended for the result of LIGO detection: While Merging of black holes, was emitted not only gravitational wave but also electromagnetic signal, that is, gamma-ray bursts, the relevant signals are captured and examined each other by other telescopes independently . This shows that the probability of non- gravitational wave is very low.
The author believes that his excuse did not help to the LIGO, but to the research fellow Dajiong Lu. Prof. Cai provided further evidence for Lu』s dissertation --- The signals detected by LIGO may be one kind of earthquake precursors! It is almost well known in the field of earthquake prediction that the magnetic storm from cosmos are often observed before large earthquake. Some seismologists also used the magnetic storm to predict earthquakes! At first let us quote a text passage in the Prof. Zhendong Yu』s paper "the root and causes of M8 Wen-chuan earthquake ". The environment enhancement of cosmic ray which is symbolized by large GLE event of cosmic ray in January 20, 2005 is a major source of Wen-chuan M8.0 earthquake. Here should be noted that the enhancement of cosmic rays in large GLE event only is a symbol. We don』t say that the neutron part of enhanced cosmic ray alone can cause a major earthquake. Large earthquake are trigged by all high-energy radiation,including known and unknown variety of high-energy radiation, Caused by corresponding solar flares of cosmic ray in the outbreak. We believe that there is an important astronomical events which was going to affect the Wen-chuan earthquake. It just is extremely important γ-ray bursts GRB080319B observed in March 19, 2008. The γ-ray bursts is 75 hundred-million light-years far away from Earth. The most surprising feature isthat its optical afterglow has reached apparent magnitude 5.3. γ-ray bursts are the most violent outbreak in the known after the Big Bang. It is generally believed that most of γ-ray bursts are produced when a massive star after burnout nuclear fuel collapses to form black holes or neutron stars. The energy released may reach up to 1054 erg / sec. In outbreak process produce a variety of known and unknown flux of energetic particles, in addition to γ-rays, X-rays, visible light and radio emissions. These high-energy radiation and material arising from the γ-ray burstarrive and effect the Earth absolutely. In research on the relationship of supernova explosion and large earthquakes we already know that the brightest apparent magnitude of stellar explosion is a quota to reflect its effect level for earthquake. The supernova explosion of the brightest apparent magnitude 3 just could cause an earthquake M8. The brightest apparent magnitude of γ-ray burst GRB080319B has been reached 5.3, their difference is 2 only, but the outbreak scope of the γ-ray bursts is hundred million times much larger than the supernova explosion, so thatgenerated high-energy radiation and material which could cause large earthquakes is much greater than that of the supernova explosion. Therefore, there is reason to believe, γ ray burst GRB080319B could affected seismic activity. That is, the combined effect of solar flares of cosmic rays reflected by large GLE event on January 20, 2005 and γ-ray bursts GRB080319B is the trigger factor of the Wen-chuan earthquake. Thus the argument (the correlation signal, electromagnetic wave signal namely GRBs, are independently captured by other telescopes and inspected each other.) which was said by Mr. Cai does not illustrate that the gravitational wave is detected by LIGO, and precisely it just provides another favorable evidence for the thesis of the author (the signal detected by LIGO may be an earthquake precursor wave.) There are closelyrelation between earthquakes and magnetic storms and gamma-ray bursts; and the relationship between electromagnetic wave signal (namelyGRBs ) and gravitational wave has never been confirmed before, because the gravitational wave has never been detected by mankind before. Of course, the result detected by LIGO detectors perhaps play the role of for the research on causes of earthquakes or trigger mechanism in fueling! Conclusion: The earthquake precursor may be used to explain the signal detected by LIGO gravitational wave detectors, and it is another kind of possible option!

This article attempts to reveal secret: Why couldn』t the scientists in all over the world achieve impending earthquake prediction so far.
40 years ago, Researcher Dajiong Lu predict accurately and successfully some earthquakes, especially three elements of teleseisms. Since then until today, no any scientist in the world can reach the level of earthquake prediction achieved by researcher Dajiong Lu 40 years ago! To investigate its reason: It may be that seismologists around the world regard the impending earthquake precursors as interference or noise to deal with. Coincidentally, recently astronomers around the world are likely to regard the impending earthquake precursor as gravitational waves to deal with! Therefore, scientists in all over the world consider that there is no any trustworthy impending earthquake precursor beforelarge earthquakes, so that they do nothing and helpless in the field of impending earthquake prediction! The above-mentioned is not sure to be correct, and the purpose is as reference for scientists worldwide only! At the same time, the subjective sensation of the author is that scientists around the world are to avoid the research on the impending earthquake prediction, preferring to study gravitational waves emitted 1.3 billion light-years far and far away, preferring to study intelligent 「GO」 (a game played with black and white pieces on a board of 361 crosses) ......but dare not touch to the impending earthquake prediction of large earthquakes!
