Sales/Office Admin

CoolJag LLC, Fremont, CA is currently searching for friendly and enthusiastic sales representatives/Office Admin to join our team.

CoolJag is a leader in server/computer thermal management industry, specializing in custom designed cooling modules. Our product is sold to high-end system integrators, system builders, motherboard manufacturers, wholesalers and resellers. We work closely with our customers to create products that uniquely meet system requirements in terms of thermal conductivities. We go above and beyond our customers' expectations with true commitments to outstanding and diligent customer services, drawing on over 6 years of growth and experience.


Your duties and responsibilities include:

** Develop new accounts by making first-contact phone calls or emails
** Send Promoting emails to current customers
** Build strong relationships with customers
** Provide quotes and follow-up correspondence
** Answer customers' questions including shipping status, product inquiries and other general questions
** Be organized and efficient and have good communication skills
** Use Quick Book and create Shipping labels from UPS or FEDEX website
