我與今年三月在美國結婚。我的妻子是美國公民。然後我四月份申請婚姻綠卡。然後在八月份接到移民局通知打指模，九月份進行面試。面試合格后我就一直在等綠卡。當時，面試我的美國人說可以兩個月拿到綠卡。結果到現在我沒有等到。我著急拿到綠卡回國回不去。請問我應該怎麼辦呢？

你可以申請ADVANCE PATROL, 俗稱通行證，大概一個月左右就可以批下來，可以拿著它回國。如果長時間沒消息，你應該去當地移民局詢問一下，是否需要補充材料。希望這對你能有所幫助。

沒有綠卡前可以申請個回美證。
