- Operate social media platforms and take part in brainstorm to create more innovative contents.
- Contact other platforms for cooperation.
- Update information and contents to multiple channels.
- Manage wechat group for online community establishment.

Requirements:
- Have the sense of top and popular topics, and be aware of the news from all channels.
- Initiate individual understanding towards social media operation.
- Possess related experience in platform management, including but not limit to WeChat, Facebook and Instagram.
- Present positive attitude and logical thinking.
- Work well under pressure.
- Cooperate with team members and other colleagues proactively.

2.        Photo & Video Editor/Graphic Designer Intern
Job Des**tion
- Take, edit and manage photos and videos for community events.
- Shoot pictures based on the needs of social media operation.
- Cooperate with Business Development department to take photos of housing properties

Requirements:
- Bring your own basic shooting equipments.
- Be familiar with photo and video editing tools.
- Illustrate professional and high-standard aesthetic pursuit in photo and video edition.
- Be efficiency-oriented and complete tasks with high quality.
- Be good at communication and enjoy teamwork.
- Work with efficient execution and self-motivated enthusiasm.
