though i despise her stance on the issue of china (tibet is a part of china) as she demonstrated in duke university, i agree 100% that she should report any personal threats to the cops, in the states or in china!!!

in fact, i suggest she should call chinese cops for the infringement of personal privacy, pursuit this via legal means!!!

maybe it is her opportunity to help the people of china to build up democratic culture.

yeah, but democracy isn't just a governing structure, it is more a culture.

dude, you can disagree with her view of china, despise her as an person, but you have to respect the law, the law for the personal privacy!!!

Though I don't think it's not good to threat her personally or her families. But i think she is shamless: Yes, if you want to stay here, you want green card, no problem. But don't get this by betraying your country. Normally, any country would like to punish its betrayors very seriously.

我也覺得公布私人資料(家庭住址，電話)，和騷擾家人等過激行為不可取。

Hey dude, that's your Mafia』s law. US law does not have any restriction on expose others' privacy, if you insist your law has it, please show me. Plus, your law is not approved here.

dude, it does. if someone expose my private information, i could easily file law suit aginst him/her. but in this case, i don't think she would be covered by us laws. she has to file the case in china, if she wants to pursuit the culprits.
