在澳大利亞開店遇「老賴」

在澳大利亞求學期間，因為人地生疏，課餘時，我沉迷於網路。有朋友開玩笑說，你那麼愛上網，乾脆開個網店吧，興許能賺錢。

　　我在國內時開過網店，有推廣和銷售經驗，因此，我在澳大利亞開的網店很快有了起色。網上購物在澳大利亞很流行，如果店主對貨物的介紹足夠清楚，顧客基本上不會提什麼問題。我店裡90%的買家都是下單后立即付款的，偶爾有哪個顧客忘了付款，我發個消息過去提醒一下，對方馬上就會進行解釋並及時匯來款項。我總是儘可能在對方付款后的24小時內發貨，並包裝完好，因此我的網店「有口皆碑」。

　　怎麼也沒想到，在宣稱把誠信視為生命的發達國家，我會遇到不誠信的「老賴」。

　　故事的主人公是一個紐西蘭人，對方買下我的兩件商品后，問我郵費是多少。此前，我從沒寄過商品到紐西蘭，就回復說，要去郵局問一下。

　　第二天在郵局，接待我的工作人員很不耐煩，因為我有很多包裹要寄，她要一件一件地稱重。她為要寄給那個紐西蘭人的包裹稱重后，告訴我郵費是「15美元」。郵費太貴，商品的總價才33美元。雖然運費由買家承擔，但基於對買家負責的態度，我問那位工作人員，有沒有更便宜的方式。對方白了我一眼，在鍵盤上敲了半天後，拋來一句「5美元」。

　　差別這麼大，我頓時狂喜，顧不得人家的白眼，連忙點頭。只見對方列印出5美元的郵票，「啪」地貼在了包裹上。完了！我並沒想把這個包裹寄走，只是來詢個價而已。可我實在開不了口——工作人員正用嚴厲的目光看著我，等著我付款呢，我要說不寄了，非把她的肺氣炸不可。

　　就這樣，我將那個包裹寄走了。此後，我告訴那個紐西蘭人，商品已經寄去，並詳細描述了自己如何替他大大節省了運費。對方千恩萬謝了一番，說第二天早上就到郵局給我匯款。

　　可是，過了10天，我沒有收到對方的匯款。估算一下時間，買家應該已經收到貨了。我便給對方發了一封郵件，委婉地詢問從紐西蘭匯款到澳大利亞需要多長時間，會不會是郵局耽誤了。一連幾天，對方沒有回復。我只好再發郵件，直接催款。對方總算回復了：「對不起，我是一名記者，經常在外出差，沒時間匯款，10天後我回家，一定給你匯。」

　　10多天後，我還是沒有收到匯款。我感覺自己遇上了「老賴」，於是發了一封措辭強硬的郵件：「先生，我相信你已經收到了商品。如果再不付款，我將發信給你的老闆和同事，以及你的鄰居。因為我知道你的姓名和地址，可以在網上查到你所在的公司。」

　　也許這封信發揮了震懾作用，對方發來道歉郵件后，我馬上就收到了匯款。(龍泉）

do not let it get into your head...

if you cannot forgive them that means you are punish yourself with his mistake... not worth it!

by the way I should remind you that you should weight yourself and get the price from the website of Australia post.  by the way, do not blame staff of australia post, because the customer like you are only 5 %(you reckon that they should do everything for free); they only have to provide service unless you pay them... simple as that, if you do not paid them, any request, they can refuse... pls do not take advantage of them just because you are a potential customer...

next thing you should show your appreciation, if you really want someone do something for  free... how, just go back to pay them ...when you decided to send...

believe me, my advice is free... you might not understand or agree with me... it does not matter..
