Buying Piano for Kids

I want to buying Piano for my kids, and did not know I should go which one, please help.
I had heard lots story about the bad used piano, so that's get me very nervous about the used one.
For the new piano, Yamaha T118 which is about $5200 CND, Kawai K3, about $6500, and Yamaha U1 about $7700.
I'm new to piano, any one have suggestion which one is better?? Please help
