We are an industrial equipment company seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Mandarin).  Ideal candidate would have 3-5 years administrative support experience. This position requires heavy use of Quickbooks and MS Office. Knowledge of accounting, logistics and international business is highly desired. Accuracy of work, willingness to learn and ability to work independently are key attributes of a successful candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Maintain business records using Quickbooks (Quotes, PO』s, expenses, etc.)
•        Create reports, documents and labels in MS Office
•        File, copy, fax and mail documents
•        Make meeting and traveling arrangements
•        Process shipping documents and invoices
•        Answer phone calls and respond to emails
•        Assist in special projects
•        Perform other duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:
•        At least 3 years of working experience in an administrative role
•        English and Mandarin language proficiency
•        Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and computer skills are a must
•        Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritize deliverables to meet timelines
•        Must be professional and able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive work issues
•        Advanced skills in Quickbooks, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required
•        Knowledge of accounting, logistics and international trade is a plus
