我老婆是2004坐飛機在機場被抓後有一張I-94小白卡出來后政治庇護輸了有遞解令現在還在聯邦上訴，我沒幫她開案但是我後來幫她申請I-130批准后我又申請I-148又批准移民局通知我們3月份要綠卡面試，我們有一個小孩會不會在面試那天我老婆會被抓啊//////？？？？///？？？？？請回復

You wife will not get approve for the green card because you need to reopen case first to the immigration court. If your wife's case is still pending at appear, she will not be arrested at interview, otherwise do not go to interview that she has chance to be arrested at spot. Your wife she can only get green card through the immigration court, there is no other way, this is my personal expericence for you.
