這是另一首從喜歡演奏樂曲開始，到找到原創歌曲的另一個例子。從 Andre Rieu 演奏的 《My Way》到 Frank Sinatra的原唱， 從David Garrett 演奏的《Thank You for Loving Me》 到 Jon Don Jovi 的原唱， 都是這樣追溯回來，自己也覺得有點奇怪，只能怪自己當時太OUT了。
David Garrett 演奏的《Your Song》已經成為他的保留曲目，最有趣的情節是，每次演出這個曲子是，都要從觀眾中找出一位漂亮的女士，然後 David 就像求婚一樣面對著她深情而浪漫地拉出那多情的旋律，期間還會為女士送上一個親吻。面對著心中的偶像，親自為自己演奏，夢一般的場景，被選中的女士或欣喜若狂，或喜極而泣，或表現的十分幽默，場面令人看了十分有趣，同時感嘆音樂的魔力有多強。不知道有多少這樣場次的演出，不過在 YouTube 里 搜一下 「David Garrett Your Song」， 您大概會發現至少有30個。下面貼出 Elton John的原唱和五個David 的 演繹， 感興趣的話請自己再去搜索吧。
