BMW Brilliance Automotive Ltd. is a joint venture of BMW Group and Brilliance China Automotive Holdings Ltd., which produces and sells BMW 3 Series and 5 Series Long Wheelbase in China. The production plants are situated in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. A new plant which commences production at the end of 2011 is located in Shenyang Economic and Technology development zone with a total investment of 1 billion Euros (9.2 billion RMB) and a potential capacity of 300,000 cars per annum.
