Biblical Teaching on Jesus

You may have already been aware of that Jesus has been written in Bible from the first verse and last verse and through entire books in the New Testament. From that we should understand that Jesus is the core revelation of the Bible, since we agree with that the New Testament is the peak of God's revelation of Himself.

1 Matt 1:1 The record of the genealogy of Jesus the Messiah, the son of David, the son of Abraham:

2 Matt 1:16 Jacob was the father of Joseph the husband of Mary, by whom Jesus was born, who is called the Messiah.

3 Matt 1:18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows: when His mother Mary had been betrothed to Joseph, before they came together she was found to be with child by the Holy Spirit.

4 Matt 1:21 "She will bear a Son; and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins."

5 Matt 1:25 but kept her a virgin until she gave birth to a Son; and he called His name Jesus.

6 Matt 2:1 Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, magi from the east arrived in Jerusalem, saying,

7 Matt 3:13 Then Jesus *arrived from Galilee at the Jordan coming to John, to be baptized by him.

8 Matt 3:15 But Jesus answering said to him, "Permit it at this time; for in this way it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness." Then he *permitted Him.

9 Matt 3:16 After being baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove and lighting on Him,

10 Matt 4:1 Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil.

11 Matt 4:7 Jesus said to him, "On the other hand, it is written, 'YOU SHALL NOT PUT THE LORD YOUR GOD TO THE TEST.'"

12 Matt 4:10 Then Jesus *said to him, "Go, Satan! For it is written, 'YOU SHALL WORSHIP THE LORD YOUR GOD, AND SERVE HIM ONLY.'"

13 Matt 4:12 Now when Jesus heard that John had been taken into custody, He withdrew into Galilee;

14 Matt 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach and say, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."

15 Matt 4:18 Now as Jesus was walking by the Sea of Galilee, He saw two brothers, Simon who was called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen.

16 Matt 4:23 Jesus was going throughout all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every kind of disease and every kind of sickness among the people.

17 Matt 5:1 When Jesus saw the crowds, He went up on the mountain; and after He sat down, His disciples came to Him.

18 Matt 7:28 When Jesus had finished these words, the crowds were amazed at His teaching;

19 Matt 8:1 When Jesus came down from the mountain, large crowds followed Him.
